Clean &quiet

Not a thing, when we arrived we were told our rooms with 2 queen bed per room we're not available.it took 35 minutes to get checked in to rooms that had a king bed and a pull out sleeper (not what I reserved well in advance.

I will never book a Scottish inn again and will most likely not be using or recommending Booking.com to employees, friends or family.

The room was clean and average

The hotel lists that breakfast is available, it is not. I chose this hotel because it had breakfast listed as available. I asked for some money refunded because of the false advertising and the increase cost of my trip because of buying breakfast outside the hotel. He said I was the first person to ever ask for that and was obviously irritated that I wasn't satisfied. He then told me he doesn't refund, but then also said he would call someone about it and call me back. Well, he never called back, I waited two weeks before I called back. Once again, he was irritated. He did refund $25 (breakfast for two days was $35 though). He also continually interrupted me while we were on the phone. Overall this manager is not suited for the hospitality business.

The stairs lol they need to be scrub I wanted to scrub them lol nothing major ! Simple fix !

The room. Full size fridge. Cook top and microwave. It's layout and upgraded decor.

The exterior was plain and simple. No wow factor. All was clean and neat. Smoking area was at the intersection of walkway to the stairwell. So all had to pass through the smoking area.
