The location is superb and the innkeepers are super nice. We loved our suite - historic and quaint. We could walk to everything - barely used our rental car.

this is a great place to stay, the location is close to all the downtown fun!

Anthony and his staff were awesome. We needed to reduce our stay by one night due to an early flight and Anthony was very accommodating and proactive in dealing with booking.com to make the change. Very good customer service. Great location.

The breakfasts were fantastic although, for me, there was too much. I asked the owner if he had gone to culinary school but he hadn't.

Only problem was the stairs to the second floor. A little hard on these old legs.

The room was large and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The morning breakfasts were well presented and tasty. The location was perfect.

Really didn't find anything that we didn't like.

Close to the fort, park, art Galleries, water.. Excellent breakfast.

It was a truly exceptional AirBnB experience.

we were very happy with our stay at THE VICTORIAN. Room was comfortable with attractive furnishings and a nice size. Home cooked breakfast was not expected and delicious.

There is minimal parking on site. if you have a car the designated parking spaces are a 15 minute walk. Although the city is walkable - there were occasions where we wanted to go out of the city - but were reluctant to because of the parking situation.

Location was excellent and the breakfast was exceptional.

We loved this beautiful place! The hosts, Marilyn and Anthony, Verónica and the other girl were simply fabulous. Great location, facility, food, service…. Everything! Definitely, we will come back!

Location was convenient. we walked almost everywhere. The breakfasts were very enjoyable and well prepared. All in all the inn was comfortable and welcoming.

After thinking for awhile and not being a complainer, I came up with nothing.

Love the location and if you want to have that 1800’s feel, this is it. Hearing the horse walk by at night made it feel like we went back in time.

The breakfast was good but not great. Cost was high I felt like for the room. No tv in the bedroom was weird when there was wall space for one. The stairs to the rooms in the back were sketchy to say the least. The back of the property felt like we were staying at a different place and kind of trashy. Still not a deal breaker and the rest of the positives out weighed the bad.

Evelyn was very nice and helpful. Location was great to access the downtown area. The breakfast was excellent.

The bed has a low spot, not the best. If you have any problems managing stairs and luggage make sure to pick a downstairs when you reserve the room.

The location was wonderful for walking historical St Augustine. The house was clean, the comfort of their residents was very important. Water, ice, soda & snacks were easily accessible. The breakfasts served were divine. Coffee & tea always available.

My only concern was the comfort of the bed. It didn’t help my back.

At my request, they prepared breakfast for me at 7:45 AM instead of 9 AM so I could go tho the PGA Tour Academy every morning. They held things I shipped for over a month, and washed my dirty linen so I wouldn't have to travel with muddy clothes. A+ service.

Some minor repairs needed, nothing major.

Facilities were clean an and comfortable. The food was delicious and the homemade blueberry bread was the best. Close to everything.

There was nothing to dislike.

The accomodations were excellent and I could not imagine better location!

The owners were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful (they even parked my car for me!). Breakfast was gourmet and the room was magnificent. Horse-drawn carriages passed by the room in the evening.
