The room was really clean, and the breakfast was great and maintained well.

My room had a lot of small issues, the refrigerator not screwed down. So every time you tried to open it slid out, handle on draw came loose (had to rescues handle back on). There was no remote in the room and the iron did not work. & the worst of it all my room had no A/C. I called to front desk for a new room but I was told none was available. A man was sent to the room to check it. He did all the exact things I did, told me it would cool off in 5 mins and it didn’t. I had to go out and purchase fans to be able to get thru the night. When I checked out in the morning I complained about the heat and was informed that he told them that we never turned on the A/C which was not true it was on when he tried I watched him the entire time.!!

Everything was perfect 🥰. My family and I really enjoyed our stay,the breakfast was delicious, we had many options to choose from .

The property was very clean. The staff was very friendly, I even saw the manager helping out. The side doors are secured, you need a key card for access which makes me feel safe. They serve hot and cold food for breakfast. Lastly, I enjoyed the pool. This was a great location to spend my birthday !

The air conditioner was a problem in both rooms.

Location worked well for us. We were in town for two baseball games, Mets at Nats. We could walk to the Metro, take the Green Line to the Navy Yard/ballpark. Very convenient and fast “commute”.

The breakfast was the worst: Eggs was cold. Sausage was luke warm and coffee was watered down

Staff wasn't very friendly. Indoor pool was very cold and cloudy. Pillows were horrible. We didn't sleep well at all :(

Room was spacious and comfortable! Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was good.

The heater in the pool was broken so unfortunately it was ice cold.

the room was nice, it was clean, and they provided free toiletries. the hotel overall was very clean and the breakfast was very good!

the only downside is that I specifically paid for this hotel because they had an indoor pool that was actually open, however the heat was broken so we couldn’t use it anyway.

We all need to push our concern for the planet by trying to recycle more and waste less. We would have loved to check out 1h later as we checked in very late and were tired but the staffs didn't offer flexibility on that matter
