Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were horrible, and was never brought fresh towels on 2nd day of stay.

The staff was wonderful.

Everything was prefect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was so pleasant, the girl was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be back... hopefully soon.

The hotel was very clean.
The attitude of the employees were horrible. The service in the restaurant was frustrating and poor. I had a 3 night stay and the same staff ignored me. They would look and not acknowledge me waiting to get service. It was very disappointing how many eye rolls I received when asking to order a drink. Overall not a hotel I will ever recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I wasn't offered breakfast. The room was clean.I had very little interaction with the staff.
Everything was ok except I couldn't eat at their bar due to food allergies.

Staff member Tara was GREAT and Maritza in the restaurant.
My first room smelled like smoke. However I called downstairs and Tara switched my room for me with NO hassle. The next room was GREAT!!!!

The room is very spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfy.and clean I loved the full length mirror!!! Good movies on tv.
The bathroom needed more cleaning. There was hair in the tub.

the convince of the hotel was good. the restaurant on the property is god as well.
the bathroom in my room needs some extra “tlc”.
