We love this hotel!. The front desk clerks are friendly and welcoming.. The room is very clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and breakfast was delicious! From check in to check out it was the best experience from any hotel I’ve been to lately.. 10/10 for me.. Highly recommended! Thank you Hampton Inn & Suites!

This is one of the best run hotels that we’ve stayed at (and we travel often). While not fancy, it was everything we needed. Thank you to the entire staff

Very clean and good price
The bathroom door was weird. The barn door combo for the closet and bathroom does not offer privacy when in the bathroom because the door does not close fully because it is too short leaving about a 5 inch gap. People can see in when others are using the bathroom. Also, the bathroom doesn't have any sort of ventilation fan for when showering and the bathroom becomes super foggy. Lastly, the computers and printer in the business center were not working at all.

The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! Ms. Roberta (front desk clerk) was a blessing! She was very informative and made us feel very important and special. The staff and housekeepers were also very friendly. When we walked past any of them they all smiled and greeted us. Every time we left our room we came back to a clean room & bathroom, fresh towels and fixed clean bedding. We even received text asking if the room was to our liking and that it we needed anything to just let them know.. This was our first time staying in a Hampton Inn & Suites. We have a favorite hotel that we would always book because we liked it but let me tell you from now on Hampton will be our 1st choice since we are diamond members. Thank you so very much for making us feel so welcome and special. We will be back.!!

So much bad smell in the room
Notice ants in the bathroom and there is no ventilation fan in the bathroom was very bad experience cannot sleep whole night

This is the second time we have stayed at this facility. Both times we had a VERY spacious room. The beds are perfect, each bed is given 4 pillows. The ceilings are high, the bathroom is large and the sink is separate from the tub area. The breakfast was nice for something quick when traveling and even opened up before the posted time.
Both times I have told my daughter that I wish we were not in a hurry, I would love to just stay until checkout. It's really that nice!
My husband claimed he could hear the people next door to us. Possibly the high ceilings led to more echos.

the cleanliness, there was hair in the shower room which I had to clean it by myself- TV didn’t work and they said will fix it and didn’t. sink was full of water but they fix it at the same day.
