On the beach. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nice linens. Clean and well maintained.

Need to have more consumables like paper towels, napkins, toilet paper for a week long rental. Is a little musty smelling, but not really surprising given that it's a ground floor unit and not a lot of sun exposure.

Wasn’t the entire house. Pictures are misleading. We thought there’d be access to the upper deck for a better view. We did not. The upper deck belonged to another unit, which may have been owner’s quarters.

The steps going up to the beach walk we’re in poor condition. Potential for fall boards loose on a few steps. Potential for fall. Found fishes with mold on them . It’s a little dated but comfortable .

The property was in a great location with private beach access. There was a perfect small backyard that leads to the beach. The location seemed clean but smelled a bit stuffy and maybe moldy so we sprayed and wiped down the doors and vents. We also had to bring our own sheets, blankets, and pillows. I wish there was a price break for this. The staff was friendly and helpful.
