THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN SAY IS THE OCEAN VIEW WAS NICE.

1. STAFF NOT FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL....... RULES ARE GOOD, BUT WHEN RULES KEEP YOUR STAFF FROM BEING HELPFUL OR FROM SHOWING COURTESY TO CUSTOMERS. THEN RULES ARE BAD. NO PLANS TO PATRONIZE AGAIN.

Fan in living room didn’t work light beside bed in bedroom didn’t work you not equipped to handle older people as example bathroom shower was was very high to get into elevators were terrible

The wait time at the elevators was outrageously long.

The ocean view, the room was bigger than expected, and the Starbucks in the building.

Ice maker was broken, 2 cabinets were broken, a handle was off a drawer, no toilet paper roller, front door broken, the pull out bed was disgusting.. we had to remove all covers that were on it.. then when we went to place the clean sheets on it they were for a twin bed! Clearly the couch is a full/ queen size. The dryer lint trap was broken and almost cut my finger and also got lint everywhere. The chairs outside on the patio were falling apart. At 2 different instances we had "maintenance " come to our door with no warning from any staff about the air unit and then the broken door. This made us very uncomfortable. Not to mention the ELEVATOR! At some points we waited for over 10 minutes just to get on them.

I liked the inside pool, the view, and the cleanliness.

Horrible service!!! Can’t get in touch with nobody to get the things you need!!!
