Nothing, could not breathe in the room stunk if cigarette smoke! Avoid at all costs! . Looked at the filter in the aircon it has never been cleaned and clogged up with cigarette gunk and dust. Drug deals occuring outside in the carpark, couldnt sleep due to arguments outside the room. Search reviews if you want to see the history of how bad this property is. It was wipe your feet on the way out, I don't thing the floor has ever been washed, walking along the floor with no shoes your feet ended up being black with dirt and gunk. The room stunk so much and I don't think the towels had been cleaned. Worried that the car was going to get stolen with suspect people hanging around.

The batteries on door entry lock died and I had to have maintenance to let me in my room Every time I came back from work and ect. Big inconvenience.

They are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY AND VERY CLEAN AND PUT TOGETHER.

Nice staff. I had no complaints to them about the rooms because I just needed to sleep for a couple of hours.

Rooms smell, nasty old bed sheets, dirty restroom Really need a makeover, good cleaning and lots of air freshener. I just needed a place to sleep which I had but the pictures online do not show how the rooms are really in person.

No house keeping, has to buy my own cleaning supplies, bring my own towels, if you needed toilet paper you had to bring your own or buy theirs 50 cent a roll. No property manager there after 8 am or sometimes before 9 am. It

Roaches asked for non-smoking room needed air freshener.i was late checking because we was asu get back late i was ex's out of room by workers telling me 2 get out told housekeeping now Come pull the bed.

Price was good but you get what you pay for. Location was convenient but the security of the area was suspect. Over the weekend at night they had a person parked in a car at the driveway leading in who wold ask your for your name and room number. Points for taking the security measures but it makes you wonder why that was necessary.

Check in office closed at 8:00 PM. None of this was made clear when I signed up though I concede it may have been in the fine print. I arrived at 8:05 PM but the lady said she could not check me in because the computer was shut down and there was nothing she could do. That forced me to get a room at another hotel for that night. My fault for not calling ahead and letting them know I was on my way but still.... I've never head of a hotel not allowing you to check in after 8:00 PM. Room smelled strongly of smoke from previous inhabitant. Room works but is basically falling apart ( outlets pull out of walls, bathroom fixtures corroded, sink has seen better days. I have seen and used worse and didn't really mind but it may bother some.

The price was the only positive thing about this place. This was booked by our company's corporate travel department at the last minute for a medical professional to work at a nearby hospital.

The front desk person (Jackie) is HORRENDOUS. She has a nasty, condescending attitude with anyone who calls, takes every question as a challenge, flouts how helpful she is while resisting any reasonable conversation, and treated the guest, my travel team and myself with disdain each time we spoke with her. She hung up the phone on my travel team multiple times as we were trying to extend the stay (out of pure necessity). She told us that her manager's name was Rhonda (who we can never reach), and then told us SHE was the manager. One or the other is a lie. This is NOT hospitality and I would NEVER recommend this to any corporate partner, or anyone else for that matter. The location also has a number of questionable individuals lingering about, and several approached our employee (the guest) offering illicit drugs and other "services."
