Cockroaches, trash under the beds, shower suck, with holes in the wall, no hot water in the sink, and the tv service suck too, never go back

There was nothing to like. There were roaches, drug dealers and prostitutes, though. It's a very cheap place to stay so the hookers and low key drug sales weren't that unusual.

THE ROACHES, I DIDN'T LIKE THE ROACHES!!!!! There were more than one or two. I stopped counting after the first three. The staff didn't care or offer to help. She did make sure to not provide a full refund when I left for another chain.

Mattress was yellow head broad of the bed and lamp was broken

Room 115 needs a small wall panel to hide the pipes, the sink is cracked but other than that my stay was good

If it wouldn't have taken weeks to get my money back I would have checked out immediately and disputed the charges. It was DISGUSTING to say the least!! My mom had to have heart surgery and didn't even have enough hot water to wash in the soap they'd given her at the hospital to use. There was roaches everywhere I was terrified I was going to bring them home with me and they charge $100 deposit for the mess! There was dust on everything not like light dust it was thick dust and roaches killed on the ceiling and walls. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay!! Just because we wanted a 1st floor smoking room we didn't deserve that! We had to keep the heat on 80 because there was such a huge gap in the door the air would come through and make it extremely cold in there. Yeah, it was a good price $170 for 3 nights with $100 deposit but It wasn't worth it whatsoever!! Never again will I stay there and we are in Kingsport a lot for my mom's surgeries and doctor visits and usually stay over night because we live so far away. We could have switched to a mon smoking 2nd floor room, my mom's orders were no climbing steps whatsoever and I would have had to carry suitcases, an oxygen concentrator and everything up the steps because they don't have an elevator. We took our doughnuts to the car to keep the roaches from crawling in them at night!!!
