Great location close to everything. We didn’t have to walk for more than 20 minutes to get to anything.

Had to park in a parking deck instead of at the hotel but the hotel covered the cost of the parking deck.

The location is perfect, and very pet friendly. Breakfast is great.

There is no extra comforter for the sofa bed, only the blanket. Hope can offer something similar to the one used on the bed.

A microwave in the room and access to a washing machine would have been nice

Location and the staff was very friendly

There are 2 parking spots for handicapped people that is close to the hotel and you compete with people shopping. So now you have to walk to the garage that is not attached to the hotel so a person with lung and heart issues this sucks. There is no valet or bell hop so no assistance there. They only start cleaning after the 3rd day. The handicap showers looks like it is growing black mold. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with a disability.

nice room and great location

no ability to get coffee on Sat until 7 when I needed to leave at around 6:30. Tried the coffeemaker in the room and it was disgusting !

That they didn't accept cash deposit and insisted on a card. I was nearly stranded till a relative authorized use of his card.

I understand the pricing is based upon the location of the hotel but the hotel was in my opinion a bit dated… The hotel itself is mediocre! I wouldn’t recommend this for a romantic luxurious stay.. We booked this stay as a get away for our 8th wedding anniversary and was extremely dissatisfied.

Breakfast

Sewer smell in elevators. Daily maid service. No in-house restaurant. In experienced front desk staff. Noisy heater. Low water pressure. Shower doors hard to open. Dragging and in need of adjustment.

The staff was helpful and supportive in their response to our needs. They seemed genuinely sympathetic when we did get the rooms or the views we requested when booking the rooms. They also responded to our concerns about the room not being clean when entering it.

The rooms were not clean. We had to have someone change our sheets on the second night of our stay. It was suggested to us by some desk personnel that we change the sheets ourselves.

Only David at the reception desk was present and welcoming. I had lost luggage he called for me and informed staff that I will come to pick it up. In general he was helpful, and I think everyone who work there should learn from him!!!

I have already stayed here in September, crew was lovely. This time very bad, except David. He was the only one who helped me. Also 9girls are very rude, only gossiping behind the desk! i arrived very late at 1am, after 3 flights and when I arrived the guy who was on reception was so rude, and he told me I can look for another hotel! At 1am?! He wasn’t welcoming or helpful at all! Very bad experience because of him! Then I pay with cash and they still holding my money on the card.
