Inchecken ging snel en er werd duidelijk verteld dat er alleen schoongemaakt werd op verzoek (wel inbegrepen in de kosten, maar ze gingen niet onnodig schoonmaken. Als er handdoeken nodig waren konden we dat gewoon vragen.

Geen kastruimte op de kamer. We bleven maar 1 nacht, dus hebben uit de koffer geleefd, wat niet erg was. Maar als we langer waren gebleven hadden we wel kastruimte gemist.

We loved the location, loved the rooftop area, loved the style and great staff. We would still return due to location, cleanliness and friendly helpful staff.

Wishes: very low thread count rough sheets, very uncomfortable pillows-bumpy and lumpy and hard, weird shaped room with windows facing courtyard and hallway. Could not leave open so room very dark. Loud noise from courtyard coffee shop below. Location needs a lobby bar or place for drinks and snacks in the afternoon and evening. Newly Hilton but does not yet live up to Hilton standards. Also wish we were told there was a parking garage a block away with $24 /24 hour parking

The Frontdesk Lady with the glasses was very friendly and helpful, with a lovely smile. The location was good for visiting, but you need to check the parking option first, if you travel by car.

The whole hotel area was very loud, next to the air con, you can hear people talking. it's not possible to get the room dark enough for good sleep. (why the window, everybody can look into your room?) the bath ventilation was always on! another many technical sorrounding sounds that kept you away from good and a pleasant stay. we wasn't happy.

The front desk staff is perfect.

There was a window in front of the toilet which you could see straight in! Not good for families the rooms were very small, you could not comfortably fit two adults two kids and 4 suitcases

Newer (renovated?) hotel with a convenient coffee shop directly across. Within walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops and stores (Walgreens if you need toiletries!). Located in the Marina district, you get a decent view of the Golden Gate bridge from the fourth floor patio. The staff was friendly overall. Checking in and out was a breeze. The bed mattress was also wrapped in a plastic cover so no bed bugs!

The queen size bed in my room was not comfortable, I woke up with back pain every morning. There is one window near the entrance of the room viewing out to the hotel walkways. Unless you like people looking into your room you'll want to close the blinds, shutting out any natural light into the room. For some odd reason, the shower in my ground level room did not include anything to stop the water from running into the middle of the bathroom. There's a drain directly under the shower head and another in the middle of the bathroom where water also flows into, slowly. This means you're walking around in a puddle of water if you're trying to get ready in the bathroom and it takes forever for the water to dry out. The bigger problem to this is that there were bugs (silverfish?) that were making their way in from that middle drain. I don't know if this is an issue in rooms on higher levels but pretty gross.

Hardware was good, especially considering price. Staff however was amazing and made our stay.

Some of the guests were loud during the night.

The noise at night but it’s understandable as it is by the street like most areas here. And the lights outside the room makes a light sleeper like myself harder to fall asleep.

The staff was very customer service oriented. I really appreciated the assistance I received. There is a nice coffee shop next door. Its perfect.

it had a great view of the golden gate and had nice hills to run on if you’re into that sort of thing

it’s easy to miss if you’re driving by. elevators were down when I arrived but I had my bags brought up

Great Location and new rooms and details. Rooms were very small but you can’t beat the price, definitely greattt and exceed my expectations for the price!! 10/10 I would recommend it

The roof decks had great views, and the rooms on the 4th floor were great (which is what we asked for)-- they are much better than the other floors.

The scaffolding around the property while we were there made the fire pit and other common areas less nice, and cast more shadows over the guest rooms.

Everything looks pretty nice, new and modern. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

In the evening it is pretty noisy. We could hear people from outside and other rooms. There is no outside facing window.
