Room was nice. Check in and out was easy

Lots of hidden charges for things other hotels offer for free.

$200 for a small room is insane. I was expecting so much more.

The size of the room and the comfortable bed and the room was clean. There is really nothing else that we liked about both our room or the hotel.

We got an Executive Suite which was a large room (about 750 sqft) which was like a small apartment, but it was completely barren with a single piece of furniture in one room, and a tiny and horribly uncomfortable a tiny couch that only 2 people could sit in, another super uncomfortable chair. Sure it was clean and everything was new. Best part is that while most of the other hotels have resumed normal services, like room service, seems that the Marriott stopped room service several years even before the pandemic. This hotel sucks in every way.

- Preise sind wirklich sehr hoch (zb 12 Dollar für ein Cola und dann wir erwartet, dass man 18% Trinkgeld gibt) - Bett ein bisschen ‚durchgelegen - Schade, dass die Fenster beim Zimmer mit City View von außen dreckig waren.

All the classic equipment you can imagine to have in this type of hotel are available but nothing else.

The rooms were clean, spacious & well appointed. The staff was friendly & unbelievably attentive.

The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Staff were very friendly and the bars and restaurants had a good atmosphere.

their fees are HORRIBLE! no free WiFi and they want yo charge you a “resort” fee for what? you are already paying property fee, tax and room rate!

The room was clean and well-appointed. The location was perfect for our planned weekend. The “market” on the ground floor is open late and has slightly more reasonable prices than the other 2 options. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and service-minded. We also liked being able to log-in to our own Netflix account rather than having to pay for movies.

No Room Service. I mean, seriously? A 4-star hotel without Room Service? The prices for amenities are astronomical (which we expect in San Francisco), but the quality didn’t match up. $40 per person for an unimpressive breakfast buffet. Bartenders who can’t make a simple Cosmopolitan. Also - there was supposed to be a tablet in our room we could use to order food (which we would’ve had to pick up in the lobby), but there was no such tablet. It’s also a bit confusing to learn your way around. Different banks of elevators take you to different floors. So finding our way to the top-floor lounge was a matter of trial and error. It would’ve been perfectly easy if there were directions saying “take the pink elevators”. The water pressure on our shower was pitiful, too.

The price is reasonable but for this price i believe that internet cost should be inclusive as in all other hotel around the world

The location is good. The room is clean and nice.

The parking fee is too expensive and valet parking takes too much time. The internet is not free and non-functional. I could not send emails or see the movie. Besides this, the large group of people were talking and noises even the midnight, 1:00am ~~2:00am. I was disturbed, so I could not sleep well.

Rooms Bed Easy to get to

No valet lot full and had to park across the street which was stressful as we had to walk over at 4:30 am and was concerned about safety, no free internet.
