The staff was more than friendly. Very friendly and accommodating.

The property is obviously being remodeled.

the room the first room they gave me was leaking through the ceiling the second room had bugs and spiders on the pillow pulled the bed out and it was even more filthy the staff was rude ran by a husband and wife and she that talks bad down Right disrespectful

The motel was located close to downtown and the desk clerk, Sandy was extremely friendly and helpful

The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned—there was pink bacterial residue on the sink and tub which would have been easily removed if the surfaces had been even wiped down much less cleaned. The floors were filthy as was the fridge and tabletop. WiFi only worked sometimes and was extremely weak when it did work. Manager refused to address my complaints

The room had duck tape on the doors ashes in the drawers hairs on the tub and fingernails on the toilet with hairs it was disgusting. Heater didn't work in the bathroom. Curtains had holes in them inscents laying in the bathroom floor. It was horrible. Did comp us a night but it was nasty.

The staff was so friendly and the hotel was clean. It's being renovated in places and it is a little dated but it was so comfy and clean and what we needed for our trip. We will definitely stay again

Staff was trying really hard but they could only do so much. Bed was comfortable.

Room floors were stained and looked dirty. Bed cover had cigarette burns on them.

you get what you pay for and for the price, everything was fine. Staff was super friendly and helpful. An acceptable place to stay the night, if you plan to spend all your time doing the typical Hot Springs tourist things it is a reasonable, closeby place to stay. Don't expect anything great and you will be well satisfied.

if you are looking for modern, updated accommodations, look elsewhere. Since I knew what to expect, I was OK with patchwork "updates" and the "bullet hole" in the window(someone complained about this in a comment from months ago, Im surprised it hasnt been fixed)
