The suites are large. The location is close to both the highway 87 and Kingston. The breakfast was very nice with adequate choices. The lobby area is attractive and pleasant.

This hotel has some serious issues with noise if placed in certain rooms. We found ourselves directly above major motors that we assumed run the airconditioning systems in the building. The endless noise from these motors intruded into the room and made sleep extremely difficult. I also observed that some rooms were located very close to the neighbouring cold receival store for Target. No doubt the noise from the trailer fridge motors running for hours would not be conducive to good sleep either.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is becoming my regular hotel when I'm in the area.

The windows don't open. A few stains on the shower could be scrubbed off with a bit of extra time to deep-clean.

No coffee available in the lobby after breakfast. Breakfast was only ok. Ran out of plastic knives for 2 days! Had to butter toast with a spoon.

The showers need to be cleaned properly. I don't like the fact that the pink mold in the shower creases. I asked the housekeeper for towels as we didn't want our room to be serviced. She said she would bring them back and she never did.

How it was so quiet

Breakfast was great, lots of variety and quantity. Great healthy stuff. Our room had two bedrooms and and a living room: it was perfect for our family. And it had a full size kitchen

We did like the staff, facility, and room. We did not like the room location. Our room was in the back of the Hotel and faced the back of a Target. Unfortunately, you could not avoid hearing the trucks noise, idling and moving around beginning at 4:00 a.m. Very nice place, but, get a room in the front of the hotel.

Cramped living room room with pull out. Bathroom should be in area so person in pull out doesn't have to walk through bedroom to use bathroom.

Quiet room

$100 pet fee - this is not "pet friendly." Did not know this until check in at 7pm.

thin walls and floors… room above us was literally stomping around until 1 am

pull out bed was a cheap as I’ve ever seen and very uncomfortable. it was made up even though we we a party of three. we had to ask for sheets. didn’t have any extra blankets.

the spacious suite

the room was NOT clean. I had to clean the room myself. the room did not have the amenities that were included as advertised. we had to ask the front desk for coffee and condiments that is a common complimentary amenity in every hospitality establishment. there was a lack of bathroom supplies. thankfully we were only staying one night.

Cleanliness, warm feeling like you are home and staff was great

Some area's in bathroom we're not cleaned properly. Shower head and faucet had soap lime and residue. Toilet had rust around base.
