The staff members were exceptionally sweet and accommodating. The bistro was EXCELLENT! The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. We slept wonderfully. I also loved the efforts of the hotel to be more "green". It was much appreciated! We were very sad to leave and move on. I wish we would have been able to spend our entire week long vacation here. Best experience I have had in a long time!

The room is gorgeous, the hotel grounds are gorgeous, and all of the staff are delightful! We were in town for our wedding, and we could not have chosen a better place for getting-ready photos!

Location in close proximity to local restaurants and state parks. Breakfast was great at the Bistro and there was free happy hour between 5-6 everyday of fingerlakes wine tasting and late night bar open too .

Breakfast was outstanding! We received a voucher for breakfast due to a mixup with our reservation. We both had the full breakfast and everything was wonderful. The fruit was amazing! The entire staff was exceptional.

Our reservation was mixed up when we got there. We had reserved a pet friendly room but it wasn't available until the following day. It was a pain not being able to unpack, however, Lisa was exceptional in getting us into the pet friendly room that next day. It was, at best, a slight inconvenience. However, we were definitely not upgraded to a "King Sunrise View" with a fireplace, just a similar room but pet friendly. That's what's coming up on your site. Would have been nice, but no.

The staff was welcoming. Our room was large and charming. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful.
