Room was clean and comfortable

They didn't have a hottub. The pool was small.their kitchen fryer was broken so we had to travel for dinner. I specifically picked this hotel because it had a restaurant advertised. The breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular. The room was extremely clean and the staff was professional and kind.
The kitchen wasn't working.

We liked the hotel as it was comfortable
Did not like the breakfast. Cooked Sausage in water to keep from drying out, dried out scrambled eggs, fruit looked like it had been out for a couple of days.

Fitness room was top notch.
Air conditioning was not working in our room, found out after unpacking and kids sleeping... Management moved us to new room at 10pm and comped the 1st night room charges.
Moving rooms after kids were in bed. No hot tub.

Great location! Close to everything!
Staff was rude, not helpful. I booked the two rooms together under my credit card. When we checked in (right at 4 pm) one of the rooms wasn’t ready and they staff said no way would
The rooms be close bc they were “overbooked”. Didn’t tell us where to park, weren’t helpful or friendly at all. Awful staff!!

The breakfast was awesome....out of some things but I'm sure eventually it was refilled. Location was good as we wanted to shop! Ample parking! Some cleaning touch ups could be done...sticky footstool. Picture in bathroom needed a good cleaning. Overall very clean!
Really didn't dislike anything. Rooms weren't super sound proof from hallway noise but not alot of motel rooms are.

*Washer needed front desk to come everytime to start up.
*No microwave in rooms
*Restroom door would not lock properly or even at all
*Parking was limited and some door sensors weren't working had to walk all the way around till found a door that works.
*loud neighbors during sleep time (young teenagers)
*Running constantly in hallways
*No room service calls for such a pricey hotel

Wonderful breakfast just would be nice to have waffles for kids or pancakes but other than that Wonderful!

The rooms were amazing! Very clean, the bed and the couch was very comfortable. We were a little disappointed we missed breakfast. (The times didn't match up for us)
The breakfast times could be adjusted. We had to leave right when breakfast started as we we're there for the State Archery tournament at the Iowa State Fairgrounds.
