Breakfast went late every morning which is great for families like mine that don't wake up at the crack of dawn. Staff was very friendly!

Our room was not the cleanest, especially the bathroom. Floor tiles were breaking off, had to kill spiders in there too. There was no comforter for the spare bed. Also the elevator didn't seen to be running well.

Disappointed that pool & spa were closed !

Despite our disappointment with the room switch, the hotel was clean and staff was courteous.

We booked a king room with a jetted tub. When we arrived we were told the people who booked that room the day prior decided to stay, and the hotel could not kick them out. They upgraded our room to a king Suite at a discounted rate but it did not have a jetted tub. I feel we should have been contacted and made aware of the situation when it happened. Obviously we booked that room for a reason, and when it wasn't going to be substituted for an equal switch that we were going to be disappointed.

Although clean bathroom appearance was not very nice caulking around tub was done by a child exhaust fan was so loud you didn't want to use it in the bathroom itself is very tight quarters

comfortable bed, big room, liked the kitchenette, normal size fridge, liked the view of the pond, would definitely stay again

we had a 2 day stay. they didn’t take the garbage, take our dirty towels, give us clean towels, make our bed the next day. we went to the front desk around 4:00. she said we had to ask to have that done. we don’t know that. she gave us clean towels but nothing else got done.

I expected a suite. As in a sofa and small table for 2 people. The price for the room was just not worth it. The carpet wasn't very clean also.

We were traveling cross country, so just picked this based on where we were at the time. VERY nice option to have with kitchenette (as we had a cooler with us), could take the dog, room was spacious, good work desk, and nice bed. Breakfast option a bit better than other places, but still modest. Sign of the times.

Breakfast was great. A lot of options. However, when they were out of silverware, none of the kitchen staff spoke English so I looked up how to say silverware in Spanish. But otherwise it was amazing.

At first the pool air got very cloudy and smelled like chemicals. Then, staff came and turned on some type of filtration and it got better.

Drywall from the peeling ceiling fell on me in the tub. Whirlpool jets were gross, filthy. I had to clean the tub of hair prior to using it. Toilet paper holder came out of the wall. Shampoo wouldn't come out, hard, dry...then when I got it unstuck it was like water. Shampoo conditioner dispenser cover came off the wall.

the pool was open 24/7 and the breakfast was a huge buffet and everything was really good.

The room was excellent even during being snowed in. This was a great experience. Staff was helpful and friendly

Deadbolt did not completely engage. That drain on the bathtub was also clogged/ slow draining.
