La localisation de l'hôtel pour mes besoins de visites à Westfield (NJ) et à New York est parfaite. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont au top (piscine, salle de fitness, restaurant et le Starbuck )

Le bémol, les couchages de notre suite, car les 2 lits présents ont un affaissement très prononcé et de ce fait, sont très peu confortables! Quel dommage !! Petit déjeuner simple mais correcte , l'eau à le goût de chlore ,et les boissons réalisées à partir de cette eau également.

Hotel rooms were a great size for myself, my daughter, and 5 of her friends. Beds and pillows were very clean and comfortable. Ladies at the front desk were very helpful!

The couch had a few stains on it. Also, the sign in the swimming area says children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, however, the engineer that was there that night says the sign is incorrect and the age is 18 to be accompanied by an adult. Very contradictory due to the signage. Giving customers mixed messages, the staff and signage should give the same message to customers.

very clean hotel in general and room was extremely comfortable aling with comfy bed & pillows.

I loved the complimentary breakfast and the suite was spacious. Everything was available on the compound. Great restaurant for dinner and complimentary evening cocktail provided. Can cast netflix from phone to the TV 💓

There was some stains in the sheets that made it seem sheets where not washed after previous guests. Toothpaste in room should be standard and the pool smelled too much of chlorine. Could not swim due to the strong smell.

Some of the lights didn't work. Air vents and under the bed was very dusty.

The location was easy to find. The room was clean and spacious. There is free parking on site. Also, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The only issue was that the walls are very thin. You can hear the people next door to you and as you walk past the rooms you can hear them through the doors.
