spacious, and accommodating for our group size. Decorations and style was up to date and very nice.

it wasn't very clean, the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms appeared to have vomit stains on it.one of the bed rooms had ALOT of moisture in it, to the point the bed and everything felt damp. There was mold around the air vents. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were still dirty. the sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The view wasn't very good. we were also under the impression that there was complimentary chairs and umbrellas and there were not. im not one to ever complain but over all for the price I was disappointed.

Convenient to beach

For a $400/night condo, the place was filthy! Carpets looked like they’ve never been cleaned, balcony was covered in black soot that appears to come from the restaurants exhaust below. The sliding glass doors were also filthy as if no one had cleaned them. The beautiful view of the beach is cancelled out by the disgusting view of the restaurants roof. We had 9 females staying in the condo and they all felt uncomfortable with the Ring camera that caught them coming and going to the beach in their bathing suits, creepy! Pubic hair was found in one of the beds the night of our arrival, disgusting!!! We overlooked the “No pet policy” and evacuated the dogs the next day. Realjoy and the owner would not refund a portion of our stay because they said they could have evicted us and fined us, so we were even! There’s customer service for you!!!
