Convenient to DFW

A few issues we had.. that made me disappointed in our stay.. 1-Our mini fridge did not work, after speaking to the front desk about it we were told they were busy and he would try and help out but we never heard back and our leftovers went to waste. 2-The WiFi did not work, not a huge deal..but irritating when it is suppose to come with the room. 3-We woke up to ants all on the bathroom counter & inside the sink. In the towels and whatever was left sitting on the counter over night. They had a trail going. Lastly, bring your own drinks..$25 for 5 bottles of drinks was ridiculous. The staff were friendly for most part. The rooms were decent/clean. The pool area was nice and pool was clean. The breakfast was great, a lot of options..

We booked a kind suit and when we got there they gave us a two queen bedroom. We needed a king because I have a tall husband so it wasn’t comfortable at all. I was very disappointed that they didn’t let me know before hand.

Property seems new. Very clean. Staff was very helpful.

Handicap parking was not close to the building

Rooms and bathroom very clean, pool was nice, a bit cold bit they kids enjoyed it. Nice facilities, location is great, a lot of good restaurant's close to it. 1st night we order pizza from Tony's and they deliver to the hotel, highly recommended, very good.

Had a nice stay at this hotel during a recent trip to Dallas. The rooms are a great size and fairly updated. The bed was comfortable and the AC was keeping us cool from the Texas heat. There was plenty of parking and the check-in and check-out process was easy. We did not partake in the breakfast during our stay, but it looked good as we passed one morning. The hotel is in a good location nearby several restaurants and shopping/convenience stores if you forgot something!

There were very few towels provided in the bathroom. I was traveling with my significant other and it appeared that only a few towels were supplied in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to ask for more as daily housekeeping had to be requested and was not provided each day; not a big deal, just seemed suited to a single traveler rather than a couple.

Location is perfect, near to everything, the breakfast and facilities were top notch!

Such a nice hotel! Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, wonderful breakfast with different options each day! With family living in the neighborhood, I will stay here from now on.

We travel 1-2x month for sports and stay in a lot of hotels. This was, by far, the best. Best breakfast as well.

Distance from my event because i had to book a different hotel last minute. There could have been more/better (hot) breakfast options.

The room was lovely and very clean.

There was no dresser drawer to put clothes in.

Weak, weak lousy coffee

The room was not serviced during my stay- I was told rooms are cleaned every 4th day. That’s lousy.
