The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast provided was good with plenty of options. Staff was courteous and helpful. The location was perfect for our plans in town.
The coffee pot in the room was broken and the floor wasn't cleaned well (electric razor part found by vanity).

The staff was nice. I did check for bed bugs and didn't see any signs so that's a plus. The sheets were clean as well. breakfast was good and they had plenty.
The facility is old and had a restroom smell when I walked in. The carpets are old with stains. If I had the patience to drive further I would have however it was late and didn't want to go further.

Everything great, Close to malls. Free breakfast, shuttle back to airport good.
Getting a late checkout was lovely for late night departing flight.

The breakfast was just ok. The courtesy van ride and pick up was EXCELLENT!!! The drivers friendly and always on time. Polite and very nice. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Really the breakfast was the only disappointment. I have stayed at the La Quinta Hotel which I would say is comparable and their complimentary breakfast was amazing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the beds and pillows. Big rooms. Lots of parking places, nice clean pool and hotel is situated just beside the Grapevine mall.

The location was great as well as the breakfast. The room was fairly big which we are thankful since we have a lot of stuff from our trip. The room is more clean than I expect it to be. I can tell that the housekeeping is more thorough than most hotels and we’ve been to other hotels. It was a surprisingly good stay.
The floor carpet are a little outdated both in the hallways and in the room. It was hard to push our stuff over them. But they are cleaner than most. I can see that they maintain their floors. The towels are a little rough, a good laundry stripping and rinsing with vinegar will help those.

Well after 5 minutes in the room I found a bed bug that was just disgusting. My husband went to advise and they moved us to another room but we could not sleep with the sensation of itching due to the thought of possible bed bugs in new room.

The location, cleanliness was great. The breakfast was good and laid out smartly. The bed was very comfortable and slept very well.
Requested a higher floor than the 1st floor and received notice that was going to happen. This was 6 months before our stay. When we arrived, that wasn't the case and we were on the first floor with noise of the outer door all the time. Also, when we jumped out of the shower, couldn't find a hair dryer. When we went to the front desk, they said they don't have hair dryers. When we went back to the front desk later to complain again, they found one to lend to us for a short time.
