Good location, great view. Close to airport and beaches. We could relax and BBQ after going out on adventure.

The condo needs to be updated. Bed was lumpy. Couch very soft. There is no fan in the bathroom. Wallpaper is starting to peel off walls. Also, air conditioning didn't work half the time. Had to purchase fan . The rental company brought us another fan Got so hot we couldn't sleep. Or cook if you want too!

I received all information through email. No hassle.

The room verification information did not have the room number only the code to get inthe room and pool code was not correct. We checked in a bit late so office was closed. Did not have an after hour phone number for help. Had difficulty finding out our room number.

I love the ocean view, the condo was clean.

No "staff" after 4 pm. We were never back before 4 pm.

The pool is amazing, the beach is very close and the view was beautiful. There was beach gear and enough towels supplied. The town of Kihei has restaurants and shops, everything one might need. The unit's kitchen was well equipped for cooking. As a party of 4, we were happy to find an inflatable guest bed in the unit, which was much more comfortable (and easier to stow) than the sofa bed.

Door code didn't work when we arrived, but someone came quickly to help us. Doing laundry was very difficult. 4 of 5 laundry rooms were under renovation. The laundry instructions in the elevators had the wrong app name. When we found out the right app, it turned out it didn't work on European phones. A friendly neighbor helped out, but it would be very helpful to have a couple of machines that can just be used with coins.

The property was centrally located and near to everything we wanted to check out. Our room had things we needed for cooking as well as going to the pool/ beach. Our view was beautiful and relaxing.

Sometimes it was hard to turn onto the main road because of traffic. Some of the community bbq’s by the pool had burners that were not working.

The location was great and the grounds were very nice. We had a couple of issues and AA Oceanfront (the condo rental company) was very responsive.

Air conditioning is very important to me and when we arrived the a/c did not work. The condo rental company was very quick to get a repair person out, but the problem was not fixable during our 10 night stay and some of the nights were very warm making it hard to sleep. We did see/kill a cockroach, but it is Hawaii, so no big deal and I got to hear my girlfriend shriek :). The only spices were salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar glaze, but there were 2 rice cookers, 6 spatulas and 28 different cooking and prep knives (no, not including the table knives); pretty good for a condo that sleeps two! The kitchen cabinets were packed with a wide variety of mismatched dishes and cups/glasses. Maybe getting rid of some of those would have left a little room for our groceries. Huge selection of knickknacks to admire. Oh, yes, and the showerhead popped off one day because the plastic nut holding in place was cracked and gave way. I reattached it, and it stayed attached but leaked lots of water to the side. Yes, mostly 'first world problems' but for good money you hope to at least get air conditioning and some room for your comestibles.
