I loved it I would definitely go again

there’s really nothing that I didn’t like everything was perfect

I liked the fact that I was able to call customer service and 3 hours later they moved us to a better location then what we had. The new location wasn’t to much better because the dish washer was broken and the freezer didn’t freeze properly and the furniture surely came from off of the side of the road with the previous home furniture we were at. I requested a heated pool and didn’t receive one, so to sum it all up we were moved to another disappointing location.

The televisions were approximately 10in big the furniture looked like it came off the side of the road. The beds were hard and lumpy and the pool was green. The walls were filthy and the bathrooms had gunk and grime in the sinks and tubs.

The home was ok. Needs a lot of upgrades. Appliances were in good condition. AC worked fine.

The bed mattresses in every room were horrible. The tv in one room didn’t work. The shower curtain in the bathroom was mildewed. The houses were really close together. The blinds in each room are damaged…individual shades kept falling off. Make sure to check windows…some were left unlocked.

When we arrived the pool was cloudy and they had to refund me back my payment for the heated pool because something was wrong with the system that heats up the pool! No one ever came to fix any of the issues! The inspector had written everything down prior to my arrival! They sent someone to look at the oven but never gave the model number so that was not going to be fixed before my stay was over! They came for the hole and only took measurements! Over all the worst vacation rental I have ever experienced and would not recommend this location to anyone! These were issues that needed attention prior to the guest arriving at the home location! One of the rooms did not have any air coming out of the vents! There was peoples dirty underwear’s and brush from previous stay under the bed in the first room where my sin stood in! A broken hole in the wall of the bathroom! The inside of the oven glass was broken so I was not able to use the oven at all during my stay then 2 days prior to ending my stay the air conditioner stopped working in the entire house mind you they have it set at 74 degrees and it’s not to be touched because it’s already set but the house inside feels worst then the hot temperature outside the house. I reported it and they never came to fix it while I have my 80 year old mother with me! And they services are horrible because they never fixed any of the issues ! All they kept saying is I’m deeply sorry I would let management know but management never did anything! That location should not be rented out until they completely fix all the issues in the house! Especially the central air!
