We loved the screened in porch where the hot tub and grill are located. It is wonderfully secluded and great for what we needed.

We were a little put off by the fact that the large bed was so high and sitting on 2 twin frames and twin box springs. I had to use our ice chest just to get into the bed. Also my husband sat on the corner of the bed and the bed frame tipped over on him. Luckily no one was hurt and we are all good.

Location close to Helen. Only good thing about it.

Comfort, cleanliness, and quality of amenities. Roaches every morning and night, cobwebs throughout. Not cleaned upon arrival. Hot tub broken parts, leaking and musty smell, bed sagging, sofa dipping. Needs a deep clean throughout.

The road needs improvement. The mattress needs to be replaced... Other than that, the place is amazing, quiet and private.

Location and value near Helen

Property management needs to clean up the loose gravel and dirt around the cabin entrance. My wife slipped in the loose gravel, fell and broke her wrist, hand and two fingers.She had to drive herself to a hospital 30 miles away on the dark, winding roads with her non-dominant hand. It made for the most harrowing vacation experience of our lives and effectively ruined our last four days there. Parking is always difficult in this group of cabins.
