Did not end up staying because they did not clean the room. It was a nasty mess when I went to check-in.

The room was a disaster. When I walked in, they had not cleaned it. Pillows and pillowcases on the floor. Food on the floor and trash all around. I left for dinner and gave them two hours to get it cleaned. I tried to be very friendly and just asked if they could have it cleaned by the time I got back from dinner. When I returned, they still had done nothing to clean the room. The lady who told me she would get it cleaned was hanging outside on the phone and told me she had forgotten. I asked if they could get it cleaned quickly, but it still took them about 15 minutes to come to the room. When they came to the room, she only carried pillowcases and asked if that was all I needed. I showed her all the trash and dirtiness, and she just stared at me, not knowing what to do. I told them I would like to cancel my room and leave since I had already waited over two hours and nothing had been done. The manager told me that would be fine and that they would refund my money. I had booked through booking.com, so they informed me that I would call them, and they would then agree to cancel the room for 'no charge.' However, as I am sure is no surprise by this point, they did not cancel my room and charged me for the room anyways. I would absolutely rate this place a 0 if that were a choice, but unfortunately, one was as low as you could go. I should have known from the start this place was a problem because when I arrived, there were already two other groups sitting out on the curb waiting to get their rooms clean as well. When I went to the office the second time to cancel my room and talk to the manager, they had a list of 3 other rooms that did not get cleaned. The gentleman from booking.com told me on the phone that if this hotel would not reimburse me for the room, then booking.com would assume the responsibility and cover the expenses. Of course they did not either.

I liked the hot tub.

I didn't like the price of the room when it wasn't finish painting in the bathroom.

The location is perfect for our family . The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean.

One of the beds in room 120 had a dip in the mattress that made it very uncomfortable to sleep on.
