Everything was great for the most part.

The bed was pretty old and the partook furniture really needs to be replaced desperately. Chairs were falling apart and cushions plagued with black mold.

We enjoyed our stay! The service and resort were awesome. We enjoyed our meal from the sky bar. It was everything and more! We highly recommend the resort!

It was a little hard to find and there is not a lot of walking space around the outside of the hotel, access to parking lot was not great.

Beautiful gated property with nice views. Pretty landscaping including dogwood trees in full bloom. It was fun to drive our SUV up the hills to get to the resort. Beautiful lobby that looks like a castle inside, and very friendly staff. Full restaurant and bar. We stayed in a 1 bedroom chalet with fireplace and hot tub and nice view over-looking the golf course. Brought our little dog with us which was an important factor in choosing the chalet. We plan to come back in the summer, but will not choose a chalet next time.

We thought the chalet would be good for our family of 3 (2 adults 1 preschooler) but it was too small and there is not a microwave to warm up restaurant leftovers or make popcorn. There is a mini fridge so you could keep yogurt and snacks. Well stocked bar with unique choices! Unfortunately, the sofa and chairs were very uncomfortable. Window unit was loud and annoying. Bathroom was very nicely appointed but we had too little hot water. Overall its a nice place- just not right for us.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. Additionally, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are cozy.

Alcohol pricing was a little steep, but to be expected at such an establishment.

We visited the Valhalla Resort Hotel for the first time to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This was an experience for us. We loved how each moment was personal from the complimentary valet parking to the room service. Drew was the absolute best, and he made sure that my husband's celebration was a success. we will be back.

I was looking forward to sitting in front of the fireplace of our room. However, when I could not get it to work, I called guest services and was informed that our fireplace did not work. I wish we were made aware of this prior to.

the room was very nice! Well kept! nothing torn, soiled or broken! absolutely wonder view and we really enjoyed the fireplace.
