Abbiamo trovato cordialità e disponibilità fin dal momento della prenotazione da parte di Hotel Rolly avendo richiesto un lettino per la piccola (16 mesi) e la possibilità di portare il nostro Alaskan Malamute con noi, che gentilmente sono stati accettati e anzi ci hanno offerto gratuitamente un up grade della camera in modo d avere più spazio con il cane 😊 in struttura poi molto disponibili per qualsiasi cosa o domanda. La camera accogliente con un arredamento moderno e tutto ordinato e pulito, ottimo anche la presenza del balcone per la nostra Lady che ha apprezzato 🐕 Colazione bene fornita di dolci e salato frutta macchina per espresso ecc.. Ottimo anche come localizzazione, a 5 min dal centro di Riva e a 5 min dalle cascate del Varone. Siamo stati davvero bene e se avremmo occasione sicuramente torneremo 😊

Nulla, se proprio devo trovare un piccolo neo ho trovato il phone della camera un po’ scomodo avrei apprezzato un phone classico.

Was scared because of the one star but there was no reason for it. Such a nice place and people were also so friendly and nice. I hope one day I can visit them again.

Nice quiet location and free private parking.

The property is clean and easily accessible with plenty if parking.

Nice, family run hotel with a really good restaurant. It's well located, with around 20-minutes walk to the city center, there is also a free parking available.

Noise isolation between rooms is very poor, expecially when it comes to sounds from bathrooms (showers etc.).

The hotel was nicely updated. Comfortable bed, clean, with a nice set of towels. One of our rooms had a photo of lake Garda behind the shower, which illuminated with the bathroom light. That was clever and fun. We also enjoyed the restaurant, they offer delicious food.

A small elevator to bring suitcases up to higher floors would be nice.
