Very nice hotel. Love the decor and how clean it was. The guests were nice and helpful.
The shower curtain was too short. The shower seat needs to be a little closer to the shower head. Other than that, my accessible room was good.

It’s a small hotel with very good facilities and the staff there is good in general except for few people.
The sheets of our beds were not clean and when we asked them to change the sheets and the pillows covers the housekeeping lady started speaking in a bit of anger in her native language.
We gave her a tip as we felt that it wasn’t her fault.

Beautiful hotel close to the airport which was convenient for our early morning departure. Many excellent choices for restaurants nearby - including Whole Foods! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we were impressed that the Food and Beverage Manager was there all three mornings of our stay and even passed out cookies one day!

Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be the bed, not too comfy. The pillows were awful, they felt like my home pillows that are YEARS old, very flat. I would have called for new ones but ....

Having breakfast provided in the morning was wonderful. The options were fresh and delicious. Checking in was a breeze, and the person behind the desk was professional and courteous. The room was clean and whenever we asked for towels they were sent right up to our room.
The room was a little small. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, but was fixed. But once it was fixed the ice that came out was dirty and that issue was never addressed.

Walk to restaurants not noted. Drove around in our rental checking out "close" by restaurants, many areas did not look "safe" to eat at (not interested in big business eateries, i.e., Mimi's Cafe but prefer local business eateries). This is not a deal breaker tho and would stay here again when needed.
