Pool was large and they supplied towels readily. The suite was roomy enough with a small kitchen.

The pull out bed was ridiculous. There was no padding. The shampoo/conditioner containers were empty upon check-in

The free airport shuttle is broken. The lady at the front desk said, "Just tell the taxi driver that we will give them a voucher to pay for the fare." When we told the taxi driver that, he said, "they probably just don't want to pick you up." He knew nothing about a voucher. So, we had to pay the taxi fare. I told the lady at the front desk, and she said hmmm. They didn't reimburse us. They didn't give us a free soda. NOTHING. The pool is also broken. She said we could take a taxi to a nearby hotel and use the pool. She said they would pay the taxi.... we know how that goes......they don't pay the taxi. Their system was down, so they had to do everything on paper. It's kind of scary to trust that they are charging the right amount. It just seems like they couldn't get their act together. We chose this hotel for the free shuttle. We are almost 50 years old and don't know how to use Uber. Why would they say they would reimburse us for the taxi, but they didn't??? Nice hotel... horrible customer service.

It was a nice big room, lots of space, and quiet, great for families

Little stains here and there, but it's not home, so it will definitely not be spotless, especially for those who are OCD

We were greeted with smiles and friendly staff! It was clean and we checked very quickly. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will definitely be back.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Alvin went above and beyond the call of duty to help our family have a smooth trip. Great human that we now call a friend. The front desk and shuttle were all GREAT
