This hotel is perfect!! The rooms and the pool is perfect!! Very beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast is rich and full of opsions and the dinner in terra restaurant is very good! The team of the hotel is very nice and kind, they helped us in everything that we asked! There is no doubt we will come back in the future!!❤

A little bit to much chlorine in the jacuzzi. Prices for softdrinks might be a little bit to high, especially because of the supermarket being close by.

Great location 2 mins from the beach. The hotel is really chic and yet relaxed. The staff are professional and efficient but friendly at the same time. Food was awesome, breakfast lunch and dinner all delicious.

Private pool temperature was a little low.

The hotel was exceptional, very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful with good attitude. We loved the breakfast which was high quality and full of variety. Moreover the decorations and the amount of details in the hotel make it very beautiful. All the facilities were very clean and user-friendly!!!

Stylish hotel, with a lot of zones to chill. Amazing pool and jacuzzi, tasty breakfast with a lot of options to choose. I am vegetarian and I am totally satisfied with a variety of food :) The place is quiet, perfect to chill and relax The staff was really friendly and nice! I loved that they have books and table games to entertain yourself. Totally loved live music. Only few minutes by feet to the beach;

Rooms need renovation: in our 212 loft room water leaking from the shower onto the floor, broken door handle to the toilet upstairs, broken lamp, dirty curtains. Also, I booked a loft room cuz of the huge window, but the view from the window wasn’t on the garden. It was on the parking. The walls near the Jacuzzi isnt clean - there is some green dirt on the walls and my white swimsuit become dirty when I swam in the jacuzzi. And I do not sure if it’s plus or minus, but staff changing your towels everyday EVEN if you placed “do not disturb” on the door. Like, it is a bit creepy for me that someone been in my room even if asked to not disturb me. That things may be changed, generalny the place is really nice!

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. Great breakfast with a lot of choice. Pools great and lots of beds.

No gym, not quite worth the price compared to other places we stayed in the area, no water included with the dinner option. Shower and towel rail were broken in our room. Shower overhead did not work.

Everything was more than perfect. Beutiful designed hotel. Great and relaxing atmosphire. Great location as far as a quite place, not too far from atraction and juts a few minnuets walk to the Beutiful natural bays near by.

Only one small complain - It would have been nicer to get a more private room as i asked several of time when messaging the hotel. We got one just in front of the main pool which made us need to keep the curtain closed most of the time.

Very nice staff, very good breakfast and also the restaurant was very good. On Friday night there was even life music in the restaurant. Cool design, the rooms, restaurant and pool area are modern and welcoming. You can rent a scooter at the hotel to visit the island & nearby beaches.

We stayed in a Jr Suite with Jacuzzi and were a bit disappointed because the water was cold. We were told that the water would heat up when turning on the bubbles but even after having the bubbles on all day long, the water was not really warm at night and we could not use it, which was a shame. Maybe the cold Jacuzzi is nice in the hot summer weeks as a refreshment but for September it was too cold. Also, the light of the Jacuzzi could not be turned off during the night and it was very bright. For our taste the bed was pretty hard.

We liked the pool and the area around, big and comfortable sunbeds, chilled swimming pool, everything was clean. Room was new and cleaned daily properly. Breakfasts were brilliant, the best breakfasts ever, we stayed in different hotels and I can say that the food was on top. The same with dinners in the restaurant. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the Main Street, there is a small beach in 5 minutes walk, the main beach is in 15 minutes walk. The hotel had two buildings on both sides of the road. Rooms near the swimming pool are better, they are quieter and newer.

Everything was great

The hotel, its staff and facilities are truly exceptional. As it’s an adults only hotel, you can expect peace and quiet, so you can lie back and chill around the pool, without children screaming and splashing around. The breakfast is delicous, with a wide variety of fresh dishes that will satisfy anyone’s taste. The room was decent in size, we had a balcony overlooking the pool and a large green area. The bed is comfortable, though a bit too soft, but we slept great. We really liked the 6-pack of 1.5l water at the mini-bar, it’s really convenient. The hotel staff are efficient and polite, and our room was always perfectly clean. The guests are mostly Germans and Dutch, which I liked a lot, as they are quite chill and they behave in a way that doesn’t disturb other guests.

The wi-fi signal in our room was weak. The shower cabin, which is literally in the room (there’s no separate bathroom) leaks all over, so we had to put a lot of towels to dry it.

The service , facilities , breakfast dinner everything was perfect we had a great time staying there , the staff was super friendly and it met our expectations, probably the only issue is that there are not many things to do close to the hotel, but that's not their fault

I wrote ahead to inform the hotel that this was a special trip as I would be celebrating my 30th birthday. I picked this hotel because of the chic design and bright colours advertised in the room photos. Instead of the modern, well-lit room that I was expecting, we were given a dark cave-style room with no natural light. There was no privacy for the bathroom, the bed and the toilet were separated by a 1.5m high partition. Very unpleasant. The room above us had an extremely loud jacuzzi, we were awoken at 6:30AM on our last morning by the sound of the jets and water pump. This kept on for an hour then we could finally get back to sleep. We informed the reception and received no apology just a "we'll check". We asked to change the room upon arrival but were informed none were available for the entirety of our stay (2 nights). I was really disappointed in this experience. Not only did they misrepresent the room in the photos, what we were given was poor value for money. If I had known that I would get this room (which is not featured in any of the photos of the Junior Suite) I would not have booked a stay here.

The staff was very friendly and professional,the breakfast was perfect and very good quality of food, main restaurant Terra Med is just a diamond in the hotel.

the breakfast was amazing above any other hotel that i stayed in id should be rated as 5 stars the staff always willing to help you in any matter and always polite and friendly the terra med restaurant is defiantly a must
