Wonderful location. Great views.

Proximity to beach was stellar. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores were great. The views were amazing. Size of the unit allowed for free reign and spacing.
Was very run-down. No vacuum cleaner or broom/dustpan to pick up sand. Lightbulbs missing or not working. Unit was VERY VERY HOT when we arrived. We saw several cockroaches. Two of the dining room chairs were broken. The TV was hard to navigate and there were no instructions. One of the toilets had dried urine at the base.

Location, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort
Wasn’t quite sure if the boats and rafts in the backyard were for us or another property. Hopefully nobody minds if we use them.

Location and scenery
The TV viewing was confusing. It would have been nice to have some instruction as to which Streaming system was available. Never found any “live” channels. The entrance staircase could have used a fresh coat of paint.

People walking through the parking area at our location and across the backyard to go swimming in the bay at the dock directly behind us

Beach directly across street. Very reasonably priced for a large family. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. My grandkids love it… this was our second year in the same condo and the familiarity was comforting.
The WiFi connection was always going out. It was a problem for my niece who had to do some work from the condo. Very poor Wi-Fi.

I loved the view of the water and how easy it was to find the location. The decoration are beautiful.
Stairway and rails to the font door and inside was rundown. Very badly stained curtains and linens. Many of the light switches do not turn on the lights.

Instructions said there was a key code for the box, but there was a code lock on the door instead. So getting into the place was arduous at 1st.

This was an adorable place near the beach. I love the owners called to chat and make sure we were comfortable.
You need larger signs about turning the tv’s on by the switch. Took us a bit to figure that out. Just a helpful thing. Other than that it was wonderful.

I liked almost everything about the place. True comfort of a home away from home.
I never met the host. It took me over 30 minutes to get the lockbox unlocked to retrieve the keys to the home. I felt OVER-CHARGED for my stay because 2 days after I booked the price had dropped significantly!!!!!!!!!! WOW what a slap in the face.

The place was very spacious, the view of the bay on one side and the gulf on the other was amazing! Loved that the kitchen was stocked with cookware and dishes. The location is perfect, short drive everywhere we went!
The main thing that we didn't like was how dirty the carpet was on the stairs and upstairs. Stains were everywhere and it was just dirty. The other thing was that the TV's in the smaller rooms only had one channel.

Location was good.
Filthy dirty carpet, beds had only a sheet and flimsy bedspread. Outside in dire need of update. Hole on rusted screens.
I’ve never stayed in a Vacasa rental that was nice, clean, and welcoming.

The Condo was dirty, the place was unlocked and the air conditioning did not work. The only plus was our stay was refunded.

I didnt like it. I LOVED IT!! The beds were amazing!! It smelled nice was very clean. Great location. Plenty of room for my family! It was amazing wish I didnt have to leave!! Plenty of dishes and cookware. Love the wall decorations. Just overall paradise!! Just a perfect place to have spent with my family!
One of the showers didnt get very warm. Also two hallway lights didnt work one of them was to the stairs.
