rooms were filthy. my first room I was given someone was in my bed asleep. the second room still had trash in it bed not made. Got a refund

Beds were comfortable. ,
Bath had black mold around tub and drain. Toilet paper holder broken, 2 rolls of paper ,both less than 1/2 left sitting on back of toilet. Grit on floor. Loud neighbors heard thru walls kept us up.

There was no breakfast and There were roaches in my room On one of the beds top blanket It looked real dingy

Bathroom needed repairs, as the ceiling had a hole and the shower wall did also. There was not a security lock on the room door either. And I woke up with bite marks from the bed!

that Emily girl was rude as could, pizza under my mattress, cigarettes buds but it was a nonsmoking room, she had no empathy and no skills to calm a upset guest… she got just as loud as I did.

The beds were nice
Actually I had a terrible say first off they didn't have any ice buckets they didn't know where anywhere second I had to go back down there because I had no towels no shampoo no. No soap no wash cloths and the air conditioner was broken. I have cancer as well as an autoimmune disease called psoriatic arthritis so when I went down there he goes oh oh my gosh I'm sorry we put you in the room that has bed bugs. Let me move you I asked to call and talk to the owner or manager and he's on vacation they refuse let me talk to him I waited for the morning stuff and the same situation nothing was done about it I had to sit outside my house in the heat and spray every single item that I have brought with me as well as give my service dog a bath in the heat while having an autoimmune disease I feel that this is and Justice terrible customer service and I feel like there should be some rubber bands for this I'm not usually one to ask for free things but that was completely out of line I hope to hear from you soon.

Some of the door frame was damaged and compromised the security of the room quite a bit. It would have been pretty easy to push it open if someone wanted to.

Location was good and staff was friendly, the building itself was a bit old and rundown but overall pleasant.

The bed was broken and the chair was missing a wheel my partner fell sitting down in the chair and hit her head the bed was missing a stand and we ended up not staying there the hotel refuded and we cancelled the stay
