Outlets didn’t work, bed covers appeared dirty, shower appeared dirty

Breakfast was very good. Place was clean

Front desk staff when I check in was really helpful and friendly

I tried speaking to someone several times about a credit that is due back to my Amex. no one could help me and they just gave excuses and said the accounting lady was on maternity leave.

We were turned away at the front desk even though I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, because several of their rooms suffered water damage. They also claimed there was no phone number associated with our reservation, so I didn’t find out there was a problem until we arrived after a 9+ hour drive. They gave us a referral letter to another hotel that was not nearly as nice and that did not have our reserved room type available. Although we have stayed here before and had a good experience then, I’ll never book here again.

There was a coffee pot in the room but no sugar or creamer.
