It is very clean, friendly staff, beds are very comfortable, location is great. I travel with my 80 year old sister and we feel very safe.

The room was not clean when I pulled out the sofa bed there were cigarette butts and was not clean

the location was convenient for me.
Security concerns. Other guest's opened my room with their key. I was able to open their's with mine. This made for a very uncomfortable stay.
Also, the pool was filthy, the breakfast was bad, and the room was not very clean. I could have lived with any of that, but not the security issue.
I think some members of the staff were trying, but it doesn't make up for not being safe. I spoke with the hotel general manager who was a little strange... huggy... and she apologized but I was not amused.

Pet Friendly! Room smelled so bad of pet urine, I could only stayed there one night instead of two! Carpet stained and couch was stained and ripped up!

Initial room keys did not work. Trip to front desk.
No water bottles in the room. Later told truck due tomorrow. Did receive option of soda after second trip to the front desk.
Shampoo bottle did not work. Third trip to front desk.
As for a pet friendly hotel, every outside pet corner was covere with dog droppings. Why? Because there was not a poop bag to be found for those wanting to even try and clean up. We had our own.
Not the Hilton family caliber we are used to.

The pool was not open, however was able to use the pool at the hotel property “next door”.

Tv channels were not working, only had one channel. There was a motor noise in the restroom and staff said they could not do much about it. Staff was not very sympathetic about the noise or poor tv service. Long

Booked last minute as a stopover hotel on our road trip when we had to re-route. Supper nice, safe location- I didn't feel at all unsafe when we got there past midnight. Staff was amazing and the room was really nice!
