Questo delizioso bungalow con 1 camera da letto è stato recentemente ristrutturato e si trova nella parte nuova di Puerto del Carmen, vicino a numerosi bar e ristoranti. La zona giorno è luminosa e spaziosa e dispone di TV a schermo piatto, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, divano in pelle, servizi di ristorazione. Le porte del patio conducono alla terrazza solarium con tavolo e sedie da giardino che si aprono su giardini consolidati. La grande piscina comunale ha molti lettini e offre un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. Situato in una zona di Puerto del Carmen che è completamente pianeggiante, quindi è l'ideale per chiunque abbia difficoltà a camminare, senza colline da scalare. Una spiaggia sabbiosa è a soli 7 minuti a piedi, con un supermercato di buone dimensioni e molti bar, ristoranti e negozi. Abbiamo Internet TV con una selezione completa di canali, film, serie, sport e Netflix nel Regno Unito. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con forno, piano cottura, forno a microonde, bollitore, tostapane e una buona selezione di pentole, padelle e stoviglie per i giorni che si desidera mangiare a casa. C'è un tavolo da pranzo al coperto e all'aperto. La camera da letto ha un comodo letto king size, cassetta di sicurezza, zanzariere alla finestra. Il bagno ha una grande cabina doccia, WC, lavabo singolo, lavatrice, asciugacapelli, asciugamani da bagno sono forniti. Forniamo cuscini prendisole da portare intorno alla piscina e asciugamani da spiaggia.

We had a fab time in Lanzarote stayed for 9 nights and had great stay in Puerto Del Carmen . The apartment was great in a good location ,walking distance to everything check in and out really easy and had a great variety of bars and restaurants to suit all. We would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Excellent Internet TV with all channels, catch-up TV, movies & sport. Lovely bathroom with great walk-in shower. Comfy bed.

We stayed here for 3 weeks between 19/11/2022 - 10/12/2022 to celebrate our diamond wedding anniversary, the bungalow was everything that we needed.we were very pleased with it
We will certainly return to this bungalow again.

This property for lovely for us, just a few minutes walk away for the supermarket and restaurants. We had a lovely outside
space for the afternoon sun. The property was well furnished and had everything we needed including internet, a T.V. with English, Irish and sports channels.

This was our third long stay at Puerto Del Carmen, our first at this property. The apartment had everything we needed with a fully equipped kitchen, and through lounge. The bedroom was light and airy, and the walk in shower room also stored the washing machine. The small terrace had table and chairs, and equipment for drying clothes. The complex also had a swimming pool which is not heated, The complex is just a short walk to the main strip of shops,supermarkets, restaraunts, and bars.
Unfortunately on our third week all of Lanzarote went into lockdown due to the Covid 19 virus, and unlike here you were NOT allowed out at all except to go shopping, and could not go out in pairs. For our last 5 days we were confined to the complex, as with all hotels and complexes all pools were roped off and sunloungers taken away.
We were so fortunate that the TV was equipped to show all the latest films even those in the cinemas. Together with every channel you could think of as well as Netflix, and You Tube. We watched more films in our last three days than we have ever watched, the TV was a godsend.
Our holiday was cut short by 5 days as the authorties closed the airport. The owner Sue was always concerned about our situation and kept in regular contact with us. We are returning next year with friends to a bigger property in Puerto del Carmen. However we have agreed with Sue we can tag on the 5 days that we lost at the end of our stay and return to her property again, which we are looking forward to do

The property was superb. Clean, spacious with a fabulous sun terrace.
Puerto del Carmen is like a hot Blackpool. English and Irish bars everywhere and virtually all visitors were English speakers. Had trouble finding Spanish bars and restaurants, which we prefer.

on first appearance everything seemed ok had no power no problem as this was sorted next day very dissapointed that the place was over run with cock roaches which is totallly unaceptable as this is an ongoing problem on the complex according to the local residents and totally spoilt our 2 week stay
i feel this problem should be disclosed to anyone who plans to rent this property in future---- very dissapointing holiday i wantedto come home after day 1

We stayed at this apartment for eleven nights and could have stayed longer it is a top class apartment with all you could want. We self cater for most of our holidays and you can do this easy here its so well equipped it is a shortish walk down to the strip and a large spar supermarket there as well. We did walk to the lidl supermarket by the back roads but thats 40 mins away its a taxi back but they are very cheap. The complex is very quiet and clean and there is a pool. The owners are very helpful and informative and sue went out of her way after i lost the door key and she came to us and gave me a key and would not let me pay anything and she never berated me and was pleasant If you are looking for an apartment in this resort you will not be sorry you had this one

Had a wonderful time in this bungalow! The owners were very accommodating and helpful, the decor and facilities are perfect and the location is ideal. There really is nothing negative to say so I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a comfortable base in Puerto del Carmen.

Pics did not do this lovely little bungalow justice. Perfect quiet , lovely sunny trap. Owners excellent. Would definitely stay again if available. 😎

The property is very well maintained and clean, well stocked with everything you may need. The location is 5 mins walk from the main drag and around 12 mins walk from the beach. Weather was a scorcher and loved the pool area and patio. Sue and Rick were both very pleasant and helpful, loved it here... perfect place to rest and recharge the batteries. Will definitely be going back.
