The location is so close to everything. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. I could live there. It's really beautiful and private.

We really liked the house – it was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. However, when we arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. We contacted customer service, and they promised someone would come soon to fix the issue. Unfortunately, no one came in the two days we waited. Thankfully, my husband is knowledgeable about these things and was able to fix the internet himself.

The cabin was clean, comfortable and very cozy. Lots of fun activities for my kids.

It was a cozy cabin..just felt like home.

The steep driveway and the pool table upstairs seemed un level.

It was very close to Helen! The layout was great. Very spacious. A lot of extra utensils and such.

The grill and the hot tub weren’t very clean, but it’s alright it was usable and working. And there were really close neighbors, we thought it was more secluded.

The cabin inside was in pretty good shape, and mostly clean. Good furnishings for relaxing and kitchen activities. The grill worked and had propane to operate it. The hot tub was clean, hot, and ready to use.

The property outside was not in the best of condition, with the front landscaping well-worn and in need of attention. The handrail on the front steps was completely missing on one side, which had been previously removed and left in the front yard next to the fire pit. The fire pit area was also not very inviting, with mulch missing and rotted landscape timbers very unsightly. The rear porch had gutters and facia pulled away from the house and appeared nearly ready to fall from the house, probably due to the gutters being perpetually filled with leaves and sticks and not draining properly. The front porch and rear screen porch and furnishings were dusty and pollen covered: we have to clean these areas (an hour of labor) to make them suitable to sit in and use. Not all the hot tub jets were operable.

Location, quietness, perfect size for two couples.

minor issue that needed attention was slow drain in one bathroom. Refrigerator water ice dispenser didn’t work. Griddle wasn’t in working order.
