We stayed at Kristal when we went for the Deep Purple concert a d we had a good time there. Very nice hotel close to Milan. The staff was very kind and helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast ☺️

Electrical outlets not suitable for normal EU electrical plugs (need adapters, which the hotel didn’t have)

bed was comfortable, breakfast was good (not too fancy, but I never left hungry!)

decor is a bit outdated with old carpets and old curtains that hold dust.

A little over priced, should only be around £60. Last time I was a guest, I was given a double bed, this time only a single.

Simple room, bed was just ok.

Poor breakfast, if you are coming to Milan for two or three days to visit the center so it is not the good choice for you specially in summer. Also as i was having a luggage i paid 60 euro for Uber to drop me to Lin airport.

Nice and helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast with barista coffee. The hotel have pretty much 24/7 open desk, which was super convenient for us who had to leave in the middle of the night. The bed was hard but in a good way, the first time in Italy my body didn't leave an imprint and a slope in the mattress. You could hear your neighbours very good so if that's something you're into then this is the best place for listening in. It was close to nice restaurants and convenient busses and trains to get into Milano. It gave value for your money and was really nice to be in if you're on a budget.

There were some spots in the ceilings of the bathroom, cracks in the walls, a loose panel in the doorway and a weird kind of stale smell (which went away with some fresh air). It could do with some fixing up but it was very nice nonetheless.
