This is my 14th visit to Venice, and I could confidentially say that this was my best stay. A wonderful, very clean, perfect service and very comfortable stay. The room was great with a very nice design. Many thanks to Antony for his professionalism and politeness. Facility was well maintained. Special thanks to Gabriella and Laura for their services and reason to make our stay fulfilled with all needs.

Nice terrasse Cosy atmosphere

Air condition didt work properly in 402 Air condittion leeked in 401, it made our luggage wet.

We had a warm welcome and great stay!

if i'm being picky, the towels provided could be much better quality.

The property was pristine and clean. Our room was gorgeous, large and spotless. The owner could not be nicer or more accommodating. I would stay here again.

Really pleasant stay! We felt really welcome! Excellent location, really nice view from the balcony which is accessible to all guests. Very nicely equipted and comfortable rooms, fresh and clean. Extra thank you to the staff - very kind and helpful.

Maybe it would be helpful to put coffee machine to the breakfest room so that guests can serve themselves and do not have to border the staff.

Location was great, very close to vaporetto stop, Teatro La Fenice and Peggy Guggenheim museum. A little further walk to San Marco Square and Rialto bridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Our room was on the 4th (top) floor and we are in our 70s, so climbing up and down was a bit difficult. There were no chairs in the room, although there was a kind of "living room" next door. We had some problems with too much heating.

Breakfast and staff exceeded expectations and the hotel is in a great location.

Fabulous hotel for a family and terrace and prosecco are amazing!

Hard to find as not well signed

The rooms were nice, and the location was incredible. Very close to everything. The breakfast was also very exceptional, and the beds comfortable.

Fantastic location, super great breakfast - the best I had in various Italian destinations and the hosts and all service staff r all super friendly and helpful !

The water pressure of shower is very weak and the flow of hot water is quite bad ... Very hot then cold suddenly and back in the cycle again repeatedly so unable to hv proper shower. In addition having to carry huge and heavy luggages to climb 5 level was a big nightmare to old man like me ...
