We had a great time staying here. The view is amazing and the place is well kept. I do have to say the tv setup in the living room needs to be reworked. Nothing is really working for that tv. I will say is a tv needed with this view, no but it is March madness so. Anyway, amazing place, management, and location.

My family and I had an amazing four day stay here. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo, the amazing views and overall atmosphere of this location. The Condo does need a few maintenance updates. But, this is by far one of the best rental in the area. I would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend others staying here! Amazing time!!

Had two separate leaks throughout the stay was the only downfall of the trip. Everything else perfect.

Spacious - plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids. Great views of the beach sunrises and sunsets. Massive outdoor patio with shade and tables. Easy access to beach. Incredible white sand and clear water. It’s close to many other amenities for adults and kids. Walmart, many restaurants and kids entertainment complex within a couple miles. Kids used boards to body surf everyday and had a blast. We were able to walk to breakfast and shop nearby. We grilled fresh caught fish on the property grills which overlook the water too. A++! Great communication with owners who went out of there way to make sure we had a great trip. Everything was well organized for check in and place was very clean. Thank you!! Chris

Great oceanfront penthouse that is great for large families! Pics are accurate and location is great!

This is an amazing place! When you rent somewhere for vacation you always hope the pictures are what it is and this was! We had 10 of us. My wife and I, our four teenagers and two of their friends and my parents. Plenty of space for all of us, and a great layout so you don’t feel crowded but still can hang out as a family. The balcony was enjoyed by everyone! So big and wonderful views! The check-in process was simple, and accurate, and the property manager was very easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions and was very helpful. Our unit was spotless and the building itself was well taken care of. We always saw people working and cleaning. We had an amazing stay, it is high on our list of our favorites and I recommend it for anyone.

The Virbo app. was easy to use and showed only properties that was available for rent for the week we were needing to book our stay

Property and management were fantastic! We had plenty of room for 2 adults, 5 teenagers and a 10 year old. The condo is well maintained and we had no issue with TV operation (as posted previously). Previous comments about the lack of a door lock became a real concern for us as well especially on Friday and Saturday nights when it can become a bit wild outside on the main road. Note there are 12 bath towels and no beach towels. We bought 10 beach towels the 1st day, and later asked management to bring extra and this was no problem. If we ever decide to return to Panama City Beach we will certainly stay here again!

This Condo is awesome only issue is the tv’s are hard to work. Maybe add instructions on how to operate the TVs in the living room area.

It's a great location with an even better view. The space is huge and great for entertaining and hanging out with the family. A few things to consider...1st the TV and sound system...we could never figure out how to change the chanel..and they have speakers in every room but impossible to figure that out how to use those as well...the TV in the main room has 47 controlers and it's a gaint mess IMO. Also, the kitchen had several bulbs out and the dinning room fixture had several lights out...problaby should have cleaning check those every time. All in all this is a 5 star property and we will be back if we head back down to PCB.

This property is centrally located on Front Beach Rd right on the beach. Plenty of parking options and a super nice Condo. This place is huge. It would be perfect for a big family or a couple of families. Beds slept good and Condo was clean. Trash chute on the same floor was nice and also the huge ice machine in the room was great for filling up your coolers. The pictures on VRBO does not do this place justice. It’s absolutely massive. The two free beach lounge chairs were a nice addition as well. The bathrooms were huge in this place as well which made it easy to get ready with multiple people. There were only a couple things that would help this property. First the living room TV was difficult to work. There were several remotes and I couldn’t figure out If it had cable or just Netflix, Amazon Prime Etc. and I consider myself technologically savvy but this even had me confused. Another thing is the latch lock on the entry door to the condo was broke so the only way to lock the entry door was the basic keypad lock which my wife didn’t like at night time. There was no deadbolt or latch lock just the keypad door handle. One of the bathrooms had a busted tile which wasn’t a big deal except at night when you step on it going to the bathroom in the dark (OUCH) I just moved the rug over it while we were there. Overall, I gave this property 5 stars because you can not find a nicer or better located condo for the price and this condo is perfect for large groups. We will definitely rent this place again. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to stay here.

Wow! Incredible penthouse - spectacular views. Plenty of room for the teens and their friends. The sunsets on the balcony were the highlight of the trip. If the suite looks big in the pictures, it's even bigger in person. The Master suite has a huge bathroom, separate bedroom with a comfortable king bed, and a private sitting area / office with beautiful beach views. The second master is connected to the balcony as well, with a king and a connected bathroom. The bunk bed room easily accommodated our three teen girls - could have fit five if needed. The younger kids shared the fourth bedroom - so much room. There were also pull out beds we didn't use. The living / dining area is fresh and modern, with wall to wall windows allowing for a breathtaking view at all times. Having an ice machine in the room was a great perk as well. Location is great with beach chairs and umbrella rentals available. Jet ski's are also available for rent. Within walking distance to many excellent restaurants. The suite is well maintained and Chesnee was super responsive to every small request. If you are looking at this rental - look no further. Book quickly before someone else takes it!

Everything was great and when we had a small issue come up at 1 am the property manager called us to take care of it. The rental was great by itself but I can’t say enough good things about the people who manage the property. The parking, beach service etc. were all a breeze. Thank you! We hope to visit again!

We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay very much. Penthouse was clean, specious with great views. We did notice some things that could improve, but for the most part, it was wonderful. Some Light fixtures were either missing light bulbs or not working. We counted on 3 bedrooms with king size beds, and only two of the bedrooms had king size beds. The rest were full/ queen. But overall, we had a nice vacation. Property manager was amazing. Responded quickly and took care of our needs with a smile. We will definitely recommend this property.

It is a great condo. My family had a great time! Our microwave wasn’t working and they replaced it quickly because they couldn’t get a repair person in foR several days.

We thoroughly enjoyed the unit and the beach, but on the second night of our stay we were creeped on by a staff member. I wish I could make this up but we were sitting on the balcony around 10pm and we heard a “hey! Look up” and there was a guy literally leaning over the roof looking at us. (The unit is the very top floor so he was actually on the roof) He told us he had been spying on us with his drone and we set off his “noise sensors” he has on the unit. This made our group very uncomfortable as our privacy was extremely violated. For the rest of the trip we kept all of the curtains closed and stayed off the balcony to ensure we weren’t being spied in by this guy and his “drones”. How would we know if he was sitting on the roof the whole time spying on us? I’m pretty sure this is illegal. Renters beware. They also hit us with an extra cleaning fee on top of everything after we followed the check out rules closely and the unit wasn’t that dirty.

This condo was phenomenal! The kitchen had plenty of appliances. It was very clean, well-maintained, and extremely spacious. The property manager was excellent to work with and answered all of our questions: if you need a large condo for a family, this is a great choice. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed spending fall break at this condominium. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. It was better than expected because 1) location is very convenient to both ends of PCB main areas of attractions and restaurants 2) parking was in a lot instead of multi-story garage which made it fast and easy to run to the store 3) elevators were fast and no lines 4) small pool made it easier to watch young swimmers 5) beach chairs and ocean were close to the building.

Clean, well maintained beautiful property! Moved to the top of our favorite places to stay! The Penthouse view did not disappoint!

This condo is much more than the photos! It is spacious and beautiful!! Check in was extremely easy and we were met with a cart and taken to the space personally.

A beautiful place that’s as nice as advertised in the photos. Management Team, Darrell and Chessnee were extremely nice and handled our every request. Can’t wait to go back!
