Won’t recommend to anyone. 7.3 rate is too high. Please contact the facility to improve the standard.

Friendly staff, private bathroom and decent location considering travelling to Lembang.

We did not expect anything special but that was way below fine. The bathroom was simply dirty and smelly. Bed sheets looked like “used”, but still better than in the room they showed us at first. The hotel is located by the road and there is a lot of noise all night long.

parkir location and no lift inside this building so u have to bring your luggages using stair but the staff was helpful

all’s good except shower n window view. i sprays direct to my face, hot water only in morning. view from window from my room is not that nice but i not a biggie

To hotel management, please maintain your property.

Strategic location at Dago Atas. A minimarket next door.

Hot water not working, despite waiting so long (almost 15 min). Situation more worse during night time, completely stopped. Asking for 2 keycard...they only provide 1...although we stay for 3 nights.
