Nothing. The hotel didn't exist.

Once I reached the airport I called them to request for a pickup. This is when they told me the hotel has been closed down for more than a month and they can provide me a new room for 3 times the price I booked for. No prior information, and i have been getting booking "confirmation" on booking.com messages all the time with the details to contact them. Absolute rubbish

When we reached there Hotel was Shut down by Government issues and we had very big problem in arrangement of new hotel.It was disgusting experience.

It was as the name describes "a Clayton Hotel" -- we drove to the address and it was Air Freight and Packages Area with Guards. There was NOT HOTEL!!!! IT'S THE HOTEL WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE A HOTEL -- A CLAYTON HOTEL. IT'S A S.C.A.M. ! ! !

Nothing there to like in this Hotel, except the staff, they were good enough.

Everything, please do not be fooled by the pics in the listing. The name of the hotel differs from what is listed. According to my booking i asked for a early check in, which was accepted in messages in Booking.com chat, but once I reach there the reception says it was not accepted and they made me pay double to stay there. The first room which they offered me was filled with cigarette smoke, being a non-smoker, i Said i will not accept that room, then they took 30~40mins of time to change me to another room. After reaching the room, being very tired i wanted to sleep, and removed one of the pillow, and i saw it was completely infested with ants, the paint on the walls was worn off. thank god at least AC was functioning. And next day i had my flight early in the morning and wanted to take a shower which was not possible because there was no water. I called the reception and they said that it will take some time to get water. I had to leave without a shower. Would be better to avoid this place even for single night stay.

Gorgeous brand new hotel. Very clean, comfortable and really nice decor. Supee comfortable bed. Staff are trying to be very accommodating and attentive. Perfect location for ghats. Some nice eateries close by. The rooms are a good size and gorgeous. Really loved the room. Clean bathroom and great hot water that lasts aswell. Doesn't go cold. Highly recommend if you want to be near the ghats. This hotel took me by surprise with how lovely it was. It's very challenging to find good accommodation is Varanasi. Definitely stay here.
