I liked the staff - Mukesh (manager F&B unit), Joseph (restaurant mgr) and hotel mgr and housekeeping staffs.

Old furniture/ interiors, lack of follow-ups in maintaining cleanliness, average quality beds/ pillows/ mats/ towels/ bathroom fittings/ doors. Poor water maintenance in swimming pool. Almost everything is way too old in the hotel for the over premium price charged.

The only good thing about this place is that it is walking distance from the beach.

Nothing in the hotel was up to the mark. No hygiene, there were insects and lizards in the room and the staff is uncooperative. It took them 4 hours to get us our daily complimentary water bottle. Other guests as well were waiting at the reception for the water as well saying that they are unable to deliver to the room. We got fooled by the images they had put up, but the actual state of the facilities was really bad. They were not able to provide food and water service on time and then threw a fit when we ordered food from outside because of it. They say they provide television and hotel wifi, but neither of those things were working. And we had to wait a whole day before we got any response from them. Even getting a print out from them (which we were willing to pay for) took them more than 3 hours. They were not even wearing masks most of the time and when they were it was namesake as it was below the nose or not there at all, even when cleaning the rooms. Random items appeared on our bill when we tried to check out. Had we not argued or double checked, we would have been over-billed for things we did not order. There is no way that the hotel is a 4 Star hotel even at a stretch. The name says Grandeur, but there is nothing grand about it. Better to find other hotels at cheaper prices which would be better both for your pocket and your health.

Service was very good, trained and well behaved staff. Room was upgraded. Food was very delicious specially Sea-food. It's very near to Calangute beach, is a plus advantage.

The lesser number of Tourists

It was a amazing property, start from entrance a very warm hospitality by front desk, room was really nice and proper and best part of food.the chef serve us very tasty cuisine and because of live kitchen my wife give instructions to chef to serve the food of her choice. I and my wife enjoyed pool , spa and the beautiful bar.

Nothing is very likely at this place. Very Badly maintained.

Cleanliness is not there. Rooms are very tiny and smelling for deluxe category. Bath rooms are very small. Wifi does not work in the rooms. Many facilities are not present but listed in Booking.com website. Overall this is very bad choice for that price.

i have stayed here for 6 days 1 st two days swimming pool water was not clean full grean colour and mosquitos too much after 2-3 days dey changed water fountains of pool not working....light gone for 2-2 hours breakfast is good ,rooms clean staff good ,location is good as per 4 star dey not provinding fruits in breakfast ,and not giving hair dryer its look likes 3 star. but good in other things....

Expected 4 star standard while booking whereas the hotel offers far below. The room no. 107 initially given has broken toilet flush, room curtains covered in dust, none of the power points working. Upon seeing the pathetic condition, we were ready to check-out immediately by giving away 50% room rent but it was denied by them. After spending One hour, they offered another adjacent rooms nos. 213 & 214 which has leaking health faucet, defective telephone instrument, no wifi, etc. We insisted again for booking cancellation but denied. We tried to seek Booking.com helplines, that also did not work. Since we did not have any other option, we forced to stay there for 2 nights. Complimentary breakfast offered was very poor and we did not take the same on 2nd day.

Location

Outrageous price for the room. On the check-in day I found out that booking.com itself had very cheaper price for the same room which I had booked two weeks ago in advance. I felt cheated. The electric and bathroom fixtures were broken and very falling off.. There were mosquitos in the room for which they had already kept repellent mat

Pictures deceived us. In reality everything is different . Faced issues with shower, hot water and flush in washroom. Phone was not working and rooms are not that clean .
