Nice pool, good gym, friendly staff. Restaurant at the hotel plus couple more nearby. Shop for drinks and stuff right next to the hotel. Easy access with car or taxi/Bolt.

The shop and reception closes at 22.00, we arrived loytle after that due postponed flight and had been travelling for 18 hours. So we came at 22.20 and saw a small fridge full of drinks at the closed reception. They had our credit card number, we had booked 5 full nights but the staff still did not trust few (non alcoholic) drinks for us to pay the next day. When booking we also requested late check out but the wish was declained due full capasity at the hotel and no can do about it, no sorries or unfortunatelys. We were there for a music festival, wanted to sleep late before the flight and then paid for one extra night in advance and you quessed it - half empty hotel, no rush and we got to keep the same room one more night.

Maybe the serving time at the restaurant was a little bit slow.

Really nice place with two pools, sauna, gym, jacuzzi and tennis courts. The parking is big, there is also a restaurant. We liked our stay there, the stuff from reception is nice. You can go to gym anytime but not to the sauna and indoor pool.

Everything was fine except the restaurant. The stuff was not nice at all and the portions are pretty small except for one(sausage). It is a bit far from the center but that didn’t bother us. There is one really good restaurants near by - called JAR. Go there :)

The hotel is very clean and nice located almost out of the city but not very far. If you are with a car is really okay. It have a nice and clean pool inside. Because the weather the outside part was closed but it was really nice. Also the jacuzzi is big and comfortable.

The main problem was that the air condition in my room din't work. At the begging they told me that they can control it from the main panel in the reception but after they they found that is not working properly either. Also they told in the first day that there is no other room available. My specific room was to the south so it was really hot in it. Second day after I asked to speak with the manager of the hotel they found another room for me where everything was working. I asked the receptionist if in the second room the air condition is working and she told me yes I checked and is working. When I entered the room was not working so they called the technician and 2 hours after it the technician arrived and fix it. Also looks that at certain period of times they are not capable to provide really heating and cooling. It's some central system and is either one way or another. This is not air condition to be promoted into the website.
