The location was good with walking access to the market, bus stop and taxi stand. Common room has access to games
The rooms are claustrophobic with way too many people sharing the room and poor ventilation. Basic amenities like soap are lacking in washing area. Some toilets were broken and need repair for use. Cleaning frequency should be increased given too many people are sharing facilities. Did not find tea/coffee which was mentioned as an available service.

Amazing environment. I love the decorations made by the property, really shows that they care about our experiences there.
They were having sanitization on the dorms near me which I was staying in. However, I had no issues with it.

privacy in capsules
- when you book, you see price + 6% tax, when you arrive hostel charges you extra 10 MYR per night extra tax. this should be included in the price. it’s absolutely unacceptable. it’s cheating.
- poor WiFi, electricity and break down, narrow space between capsules

i loved the staff, i love the facilities, i love the ambience, i love the atmosphere. The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. washed my towel for me even when he didn’t need too. If beds are clean i would start again…
Bed bugs bit my whole body and all my 2 friends body. Talked to other guests and same thing happened to them. dirt beds, please burn all those beds and replace with new beds and sheets. Would be 5 star review if not for the uncomfortable and sleepless nights scratching myself to this day.

Very dedicated and friendly hosts. Comfortable and quiete place in the heart of the Cameron Valley. Free water and games. Cool community. All you need is just a footstep from the hotel
I personally don‘t like the shower/toilette combo.

I loved my little pod and it was perfectly equipped for a comfortable rest. The hostel is located in easy walking distance from Tanah Rata bus terminal and town centre. The hostel team were always available for any questions and did a fantastic job recommending tour and walking options.
The hostel does not have any kitchen facilities. If you are happy to eat out, this is not an issue. It does have a microwave, hot water and mugs the guests can use.

The staff is helpful and nice! They like to chat with you and do their best to make you feel home. You can ask them about the trails and activities. The common area is great and some books are available. Free cold/hot water.

I liked the internet connection and curtains. Location is also really good. And it is next to supermarkets and couple restaurants.

The staff were great and very accommodating. Carpark right below, very comfortable place. Toilet facilities are great as well.

you’ll be amazed how the pod feels. it may look small in the photos but actually spacious and cozy.
no smoking area but its negligible.:-) hehe
