Emplacement TOP tout près du lac Leman.
A certains endroit ça sentait un peu "vieux" mais c'est sûrement le bâtiment car l'hôtel était quand même très propre.

Es war sehr heiss im Zimmer. Vielleicht wäre es gut wenn am Mittag oder wenn das Zimmer gemacht wird die Storen herunter gelassen würden.

Despite I booked a room with lake view, the hotel could not provide. The factility is old-fashioned. Renewal is suggested.

We only stayed for one night but everything was good! Especially the view. It was exceptional. The hotel is old but it gives it its unique vibe. It has quite a lot of style and everything was nevertheless very clean and worked well. Staff were friendly. Thank you very much! We would come back again.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aussicht auf den See war top. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ideal. Das Frühstücksbuffet und Raum war sehr fein und gemütlich.
Der Service vom Hotel einfach top. Meine Nichte hat ihr "Noschi" im Hotelzimmer zurückgelassen. Sofort wurde sich darum gekümmert und uns heimgeschickt. Herzlichen Dank.

The staff was amazing! Every day, they asked about our plans on the way out and offered suggestions. Every night on the way in, they would ask us about our day! They were amazing. We had wine for the room, and they gave us wine glasses. The staff was the best part of the stay.
Nothing really. The hotel is older and some of the plugs were hard to use with newer adapters, but we made it work. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal. We had absolutely no complaints about our stay.

Wonderful location; great value; helpful and attentive staff—you can really tell this is a family-run hotel; balcony views were incredible
small bathrooms and lack of outlets—but that comes with an older establishment; the pros far outweighed any inconveniences
