Lovely host, very clean apartment

Sunny & light Appartment with all self-catering facilities.

The view from apartment was not as advertised & not very pleasant. See fotos.

Perfect location for families with young children. We love it. Everything you need is nearby. Its very clean and Joan is very helpfull with everything.

Very clean apartments, everything is incredibly well-kept, the area is cleaned daily. The apartments have everything you need for a good rest. The owners put their heart into these apartments. The owner is very good, he told us everything that is nearby, about beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants. We are incredibly grateful for our comfortable stay. We rented a board for swimming, many good experiences. We will definitely return to these apartments. The house has all the things that can be useful on the beach: kerymats, umbrellas or deckchairs. Lovely quiet location. Beautiful views from the balcony. Beach and all shops pubs and restaurants just minutes away. The bed was so comfortable and the apartment had everything and more than you needed.. even a washing machine and dishwasher. The pool and area were super clean and private. All this made our first visit to the island perfect.

Air conditioning - v poor and broken, not impressed with it mainly for the price we paid for this apartment.

Ideal apartments for anybody, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. A powerful air-con. Located 5 min from the sea and in the middle of a bunch of restaurants. Great pool with a built-in jacuzzi.

Pillows were uncomfortable. Only one tv channel in English.

the apartment is in need of minor maintenance such as the bathroom door that does not close and the curtain also does not close so the apartment is very bright.

Good Beds and helpful host ( if something extra was needed it was taken care of right away) , good internet and a central location, our balcony was located on the afternoon ( as asked) sun looking into beautiful tall and green trees and a little bit of sea. The pool was cleaned every morning and the outside area was well taken care of with good outside furniture. Very quite for the central location close to good restaurants and beach.

Nothing to complain about,

The apartments are a good location for exploring the east coast of Mallorca and beyond if you've hired a car which we did. We found the accommodation to be very comfortable and provided all the things necessary for a week's stay e.g. simple cooking equipment, TV, air conditioning. Joan, the owner, spoke excellent English and was very helpful, suggesting various places to visit, shop and eat. The outside area boasts a lovely pool and lounge area which were cleaned regularly.

You could occasionally hear noise from other apartments but this was not a major issue.

Apartament was in great location, very close to sea, the town was very nice, quiet. We could see the beach from our apartament which was in 5th floor, we got 2 bedroom apartament, instead of 1 bedroom apartament. Balcony was great, the saltwater pool was great and the lounge was very comfortable, kitchen had everything You need, bathroom was nice.

We had a great time staying at Apartamentos Sureda in September. It seems that the apartments slightly differ, so the pictures in the description were taken in different apartments. Ours was on the top floor of the building and had a nice view. Despite the central location, it was a quiet and calm place. Check-in was easy and already possible before official check-in hours. Joan, the host, was very friendly, fixed a broken light bulb right away and brought a new, better cooking pot. It's just a 5min walk to the beach, free parking is possible in the streets and there are great hiking trails around Canyamel. We can recommend staying at Apartamentos Sureda.
