The property was just so lovely. the staff everywhere from reception to bar to cleaning girls, just fabulous. Could nt do enough. Steffy in Reception amazing as we’re all the staff.

Pretty public beach. Wifi was decent.

No parking, actually quite a bit of a walk to the public beach, toilet didn’t work, bugs everywhere, customer service poor, expensive considering they charge you for everything

Lovely property within an easy walk of the beach with a really nice pool area and very good staff. Great breakfasts and buffet dinners.

Out room was on the lower part of the property and had a bit of a damp smell and there were no tea/coffee making facilities in room.

we had a half board and food was great, one of the best we had during our Mallorca trip. staff was very helpfull and friendly. Manager Silvia dealt with our issue wery well

I would not say, it is something to dislike, but hotel was the furthest obe from the sea, but it was still within manageble walking.

The location is amazing, just 5 mins from the organised beach. The hotel has everything you need inside - from food and drinks to pools and entertainment.

The WiFi was surprisingly awful.

The complimentary buffet breakfasts were magnificent!

Two nice pools (visited once), a very varied choice of food for breakfast and dinner. The room has a bath + shower and a huge bed for sleep like a starfish:)

In fact, there is nothing to complain about, since we did not use most of the activities. Notice that there is no pharmacy nearby. The hotel does not provide the shuttle service.

There is only street parking, so you have to be lucky. We showed up after a hospital visit for a significant injury. We were exhausted and my husband was in a lot of pain. The WiFi in the room was nonexistent. We could not manage to order food to be delivered! The lack of WiFi, no room service, and a bit of language barrier were obstacles, but there were so many ways to help us. I asked if someone at the front could order a pizza or anything for us, and that we would pay them back. We were both pretty “banged up” from our injuries, and was told “we can’t accept the responsibility for doing that”. A PIZZA?! We finally dressed and a wonderful on-site waiter/host got some food for us, despite it being reservations only. It would have taken so little effort to help us on what had been a pretty rough day.

Staff were excellent particularly at lunch and the pool bar and serving drinks during nightly entertainment. The lunch exceeded expectations, everything on the menu was fantastic. Having so many sunbeds was a huge relief!

Bed was a bit soft for myself and my partner but I suppose that's personal preference. The rowing machine in the gym was missing the computer which makes it hard to use but the gym was excellent so I didn't mind too much!

Very Attentive Staff Heated pool was a real luxury in early May The a la carte lunch restaurant was fanstastic and we enjoyed use of the exclusive room at the beach hut. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with a lovely en suite. Guests were all quiet and respectful making it a very relaxing stay.

The garden wasn't as private as anticipated. After three nights, the evening buffet felt a bit repetitive despite the vast options available. Most dissappointing was the pool side bar only being open one day of our stay. It was closed when it was overcast which was a shame but luckily the restaurant bar was nearby and remained open.

We enjoyed everything. For those who go here as ALL-INCLUSIVE get a very good offer in restaurants, drinks etc. It has restaurants on-site, 1 heated pool, 1 cooler, gym, wellness and spa center etc. All is well thought through. We took the suite with garden and we got a good one :) perfect chill spot. We valued a lot all the workers who started cleaning not only the rooms early in the morning, but also the whole pool area, including the pools itself, floors, tanning beds etc. Buffet style breakfast was amazing! A lot to choose from. We have been before in other resorts where the food doesnt meet the expectations, but here its very good. We tried also this buffet in the dinner time (which is for all-inclusive) and it cost only 20eur from person. VERY AFFORDABLE for what you get. Of course, drinks you have to purchase on top of that. Dinner had a lot of different choices, each day different theme (italian, mallorcan, international etc). And as this place was for only adults, it was very calm, peaceful. There are 2 shops across the street - SPAR and some random shop. You can get there most important things you might need. + there is also near by pharmacy and car rental place.

I would say that we didnt like this but more of recommendation both to the resort website + booking maybe to show the houses that are there, because for the royal terrace based on the pictures we thought that all of them are overlooking the mountain etc., but actually there was also an option overlooking the pool, which you kinda cant choose, its more like - what they will give you on-site. Also there is 1 house which stands in a total shadow - so if I would have got a room there, I probably wont be that happy as I was now. So choosing the house too would be a nice added value.

Very friendly about accommodating our wishes, be it extra dishes in the buffet restaurant, or an extra pillow.

On the website it says that the Asian restaurant also had vegan options, but there was always a fixed menu. In general it would be nice to have more vegan options.

Superb room & lovely pool / gardens

Location - Nearby beach superb. Pools good and spa decent quality. Buffet OK with attempts to change theme each evening and decent breakfast. Staff all very friendly and hard working. Junior suite comfortable.

No views from balconies. Lack of space on terrace meant waiting in evenings for outdoor table. No option but buffet. And all best sun loungers reserved from early morning for full day with towels!
