I ve stayed in 3 hotels in Patong and this one was the best. Quiet street,good wifi, very spacious, nothing to complain.

Location. Hotel is too far away from the restaurants, bars, shops, and main attractions. Also, the hotel is on the top of the hill.

I saw Lazard in the room, as many Lizards noted in the hotel as will insects far from beach and Restaurants resection staff not friendly no orientation regarding room service as I noted room is not cleaned and than I noted a board must be hang if I want room cleaning

The room are so clean & fresh .

King size bed with double single mattress. The mattress is ok,i came for honeymoon do you know what i means 😉

The layout of the room was fine. When I protested about the smell of mould in my apartment they very readily reassigned me to one that did not smell.

The first room I was given stank of mould. There was an air of neglect about the whole hotel. The outdoor patio and pool area and furniture were heavily stained with mould. The windows and floor areas of the apartment were clean, but the bathroom and balcony had only superficial cleanliness and had areas of mould in both the apartments. The location is OK if you have transport. Otherwise you have to walk more than 100 metres up a very steep ( 1 in 3) hill. Taxi and tuk-tuk drivers collude to charge BTH300 from the centre, although it is only 1.5 miles. They say “ Oh, up the hill”. The reviews on Booking.com are misleading.

Driving up the hill was scary, but the room was better than expected and the view was also great. We liked it.

We managed to book Deluxe Double Bed with kitchen included for an amazing price. Staff was really nice and helpful, pool was working well and clean. This place is a bargain if you don’t mind staying a bit further from the beach. If you have a vehicle/motorbike then there’s also a place to park.

One day we noticed dirty water coming out from the bathroom sink, but that fixed rather quickly and wasnt a huge deal.

It was cery clean and the staff was great.

The location is on a very steep hill.
