the suite was nice. I got the sweet for the jet bath the hotel did not have hot water it was cold so having the jet bathtub is pointless!

the did not clean the room every day! I asked them to fix the safe in the room. I was there for 10 days and I went 10 days without a safe and had to take person items out with me every day. the breakfast was not great and cold!

The breakfast options were good. We were served buffet style. The staff was nice and super helpful.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and hard for the taxi/uber drivers to locate. My toilet kept stopping up although I placed most tissue used in the trash bin. Our water from the shower never turned cold and biting insects were entering through the bathroom window even while closed.

Too less pressure of the water. Almost nothing. Location far away from the centre and very loud due to the street in front of the hotel.

Big room with a nice and also big bathroom. Clean. You can borrow a hair dryer hat the rezeption. Stuff is friendly and helpful but speaks no English. Gym was a big plus for my boyfriend. All in all a good hotel.

Breakfast a bit to basic. The location is unfortunately not suitable for tourists. The city center is too far away. You have to pay between 10.000 and 50.000 Pesos for a taxi to the center or back, espacially in the evening it will be expensive. And it costs also time, depending from the traffic 15-40 min.

The facilities are OK, clean, modern and efficient. Internet, TV a d AC work well. Room size is good and the bedding is also nice.

The LOCATION is simply terrible unless you have a vehicle. 30000 pesos both ways to the center. There nothing around in the area, not even food outlets. Spartan decor (white walls). Lukewarm water, only one faucet in the sink and in the shower, so not hot water!!! Breakfast and restaurant menu very, very poor. What a location!

someone broke into my room and I told them the next day and they didn’t seem to believe me or acknowledge it. my room what stairs right next to the window and someone climbed in at 1 am. the window was not locked. I made the mistake of not checking that

There's really absolutely nothing I enjoyed about this property and I think the whole process of trying to refund my money is absolutely astonishing that I cannot get a refund.

Oh boy where to start. We got to the property about 8:00 p.m. no welcome cocktail as they advertise they offer. We were escorted up to our room and this is where things started taking a serious downturn. The electronic card reader would not work so they had to go back downstairs to the lobby office and get a regular physical key. After the guy returned was said key after playing with it for 3 or 4 minutes he finally was able to get the door lock undone. About 2 minutes in a room I realize we are in for a hell of stay. First off their mini bar they offer is not existent in fact the refrigerator is just sitting there on the floor not even plugged in. And speaking of plugs they don't even have any outlets on the walls but it was laughable that they had an alarm clock sitting between the two beds with nowhere to plug it in. In the bathroom there was no toilet lid/seat. The hand wash sink has no hot water The air conditioning mounted on the wall had water stains running down the wall. And the overall condition of the rest of the walls were very terrible and very dirty and disgusting. So after all of these let down so we went to bed. Woke up in the morning and had excitement about their wonderful looking breakfast bar they had advertised with lots of pastries cereal and juices to offer. Sadly they only had one little cereal out and two small little hard rolls in one basket no coffee no juices no water but what happened to this wonderful picture of everything they had. We booked six nights we had left to stay here after this first night of his horrible conditions and things we decided to check out and get a refund of course they tell me that this is a booking.com reservation and my money needs to come back from bookings.com of course bookings.

You need to get up with your luggage on a steeper stair, lobby is at second floor with no elevator. Silly. No hoy water. Rooms were ready but not dusted off. I used provided slippers and turned brown of dust in two steps to bathroom. Noisy road. Air condition failed, needed to move to another room.

The location I wouldn't say is to walk at night. Apart from that I think for that they offer price could be a little more.. Preety good deal
