The Location was good,restaurants all over and in walking distance,the staff was friendly.

The tub had water between floor and tub also was missing over flow plug.

nothing at all, terrible customer service, no conditioner, no ice, dirty pillow cases and a shower floor that was about ready to fall through

Location was okay.

Smelled like marijauna as soon as you walked in the lobby. Hallways smelled like weed too!!! Only one pillow per person. No extra pillows to get from the front desk. Could not cook the room. AC barely worked. Room wasn’t clean. previous guest left of a broken gum ball dispenser!!!

only thing I didn’t like was that the lights didn’t work in our room. so are whole stay we had to make it work with the 1 lamp beside the bed working the whole time. we called the front desk and he did try to come fix it but what he did didn’t work.

Never ate breakfast.

Room was half clean, shower that didnt work properly, Needs newer bed sheets, pillows, blankets. Room stinks, filthy stained tub. Slow drain, constantly running water in the tub.

Reviews were pretty on point. Arrived 30 minutes after check in started, and the front desk clerk had no clue that our room had not been serviced yet from the night prior. Breakfast was subpar (not even coffee was found), and the rooms were mostly clean. We didn't want to shower because the shower looked questionable. We just stayed long enough to sleep and then leave.

in room microwave cord was 3feet too short to reach the outlet. could not use. coffee maker cup that holds grounds was missing. Got a replacement from the front desk that was too small. no towel service. Had to take damp ones from previous day to front desk for replacements. Tub slippery and dangerous-no grab bars. Filthy cushion on room chair. when it was turned over to find a clean side there was debris under it. If this property is representative of Beaumont standards I would not stay at one again

The high water pressure in the shower.

Room was not cleaned properly. Microwave was dirty. Fridge needed defrosted so badly there was hardly any room due to the huge block of ice. None of the ice machines worked or the vending machines. 4 ppl stay in one room with 2 queen beds were only allowed 2 sets of towels per day. Bathtub did not drain. The screen on the window was torn. Our cards to our room stopped working several time.

There was a place to stay

We had two rooms. One was handicap accessible but they only those in two double queens. Those beds were hard as a rock. We also had a king bedroom whose bed actually was tilted with the feet being higher than the head of the bed. We asked for towels and extra pillows four times and were decide denied each time. The lobby cafe was locked at the evening and we needed a fork but was told they couldn’t get one till 6am. The breakfast was a joke except for the waffle. The syrup was empty, no sausage left and no coffee or water. I told the front desk and he said it’s close to 9. Breakfast ends so they won’t fill it.

Easy access and it was very affordable

My bed looked like ir was just a roll in bed wasn't finished out together and it was weird how they left all the unused rooms open

Rooms were dirty. Beds were not queen size like stated it booking. Kitchen facilities (microwave and fridge) one didn’t work and one froze all our drinks. Beds were filthy. Toilet was gross. Water wasn’t hot.
